Bought two sandwiches. They only had wheat available and this was at 1 pm. The bread was stale. The salad I received was basically just assorted lettuce. They had zero sides available. The service was fine. But the manager needs to assure product is available

After travel to this location twice only to find out they were out of what I wanted I called ahead and spoke with Angel. She said they only had one left and wouldn’t hold it even after I offered to give her my credit card and pay in advance. Very poor customer service. Also if you sell a product you should keep it in stock!

Can't beat the ham here. Always get it for special holidays and sometimes stop by for a sandwich. Lines can get long during the holidays but goes by quick.

Honey baked hams are always perfect. However strongly recommend setting up an appointment to pick up. Over the Holidays there is a line likely 40+ people deep snaking back and forth inside (like rides at Disneyland), out the door and around the front of the building. Those with pre-existing orders to pickup are directed to the "preorder" line with hardly anyone. In and out under 4 minutes.

The Ham is good- giving 2 Stars to the Concord Store they are very unorganized - usually late with orders that had been ordered day before-needed to wait 30 minutes for the glaze!!

I was in your store on 12/28/2023 around 6:20pm to purchase a 6 to 7 lb ham. Brenda the clerk said I would have to come earlier if I wanted a small ham there were lots of hams in the fridge she said they weren't glazed and they only do that in the morning. I said it would be nice if when you call or look on the website you would be informed of that. Idrove over 40 miles to get to your store. To be treated badly by BRENDA the clerk her customer service skills were awful. there were a couple more customers disappointed there were no half hams. I think the we're trying to leave early the floor was wet from mopping and unsafe to walk on.

Charged me twice and then said it would take 2 business days to fix. This is on a Friday and Christmas Day is Monday. So I won't get my refund until after Christmas and I needed that for presents.

My sister-in-law ordered a honey baked ham for thanksgiving and picked it up the day before. It was the one thing we didn't have to prepare. We took it right out of the fridge and put it in line with the rest of the feast. It was delicious. We will definitely add it next thanksgiving.
