The employee named Dom was extremely professional and offered helped me tremendously. He also seemed to have a lot of experience at the position he’s in. Highly recommend him for a management position if one ever opens up. Very polite, informative, and thorough.

Successfully completed a trade-in here, it went smoothly although there was only one employee working the entire store. Dom was professional and managed running the whole store while doing my trade-in. It's a lot to ask of one person! Budget extra time if you stop by until they resolve staffing challenges.

I went in yesterday to return a PS5 I have the extended warranty. I called in before just to ensure that I can return an open item, I was told that’s ok as long as you bought the warranty. When I get there the lady slandered a guy named Matt and says he makes things up all the time and that she couldn’t return the device or she’d get fired. I told her the policy of GameStop and she said she will call someone. Well, that person also doesn’t know GameStop policies. So I left without being able to return the device. So I called the corporate office. They confirmed that I was correct and the Matt guy is also correct. Turns out lady was the liar. The corporation told me to go back to store so they could talk to her and tell her personally and walk her through the return. I told them I’d rather go to Pleasant Hill location as the lady has no idea what she was doing nor her superior. I went there and didn’t have to tell them anything they did the return no problem as they are supposed to do. Avoid this location at all costs.. They are liars or don’t even know the stores return policy which is hard to believe considering the business. Furthermore, the management doesn’t care about customers or they too don’t know the policies. Slandering other employees that are right is also ridiculous. Matt beware or the ppl talking behind your back. Also, I’m calling the Corp again today to make sure they look into your store. You lost a good customer. Hopefully you learn the policies as I’m sure you know them

Great customer service. I was purchasing a gift for my God-Grandson and I have no idea about games. Staff was very helpful and had lots of patience too.

Another decent GameStop. Never had an amazing time here or experience, but never had a bad one. Went in recently and picked up a somewhat hard to find RPG. It's a smaller store, but it's in the mall, so I can't complain.

NOW I USUALLY DONT DO THIS Literally went the other day to exchange my broken controller for a new 1 because i have insurance on it and this guy Matt had no idea what he was doing.... It was like watching a small dog lost.... Worst part is... he was by himself and had to call a few people to ask how to make the exchange ....literally 20 mins later bro was like trying to explain about some glitch in the system and just bullsh1tting me because he didnt know how to properly do an exchange... then after all that he said sorry idk what im doing and said come tomorrow when there is someone else here.... So I literally went to a gamestop 10 mins away and got the exchange done in less that 2 mins.... Ill never shop at this gamestop ever again and i suggest if you value time dont go here
