Maybe the person who answered the phone didn’t mean to be so short answered but super rude on the phone. Can’t even ask simple questions. Hang up so fast.

I had let time get away from and called/ordered the night before! I called and ordered flowers for a very special birthday. I had left a voicemail but decided to order online instead. I had specified that the receiver was turning ninety and the earlier the delivery the better but I understood that I was asking a lot on short notice. Flowers of joy did not disappoint, the bouquet was not only absolutely gorgeous, but the other items I had requested were delivered by 11 AM on the day of the specified day. I was extremely grateful for their prompt delivery, attention to detail, and the artistic abilities of the florist. Thank you so much flowers of joy for delivering, a beautiful arrangement and helping us make a very special person feel even more special!I highly recommend this business!

Called early in the day from NY. Owner answered phone, took order, and had a beautiful arrangement delivered, according to my family member, within a few short hours. Told her what I wanted to spend and trusted her to make something suitable. Excellent service. Definitely recommend.

So happy we found Flowers of Joy when we couldn't travel to the west coast for the intimate wedding. We requested a few colors for the bride & groom's bouquet and boutonnière & were delighted with the selections and designs. This is a real shop that I highly recommend for their personal service, quality flowers and talented designers. We also appreciate their kind customer service and understanding of the emotional power of a great bouquet. The happy couple absolutely adored the fresh cut flowers. Thanks so much

This is the second time ordering from Flowers of Joy the first was a great experience having been able to talk to florist to get just what I wanted. This time for three days they never answered calls no communication at all and they advertise call to talk and get same day delivery!!! no one answers any calls. NOT great service :(
