This vet hospital, and specifically Dr Crain, is amazing and a breath of fresh air after years of frustrating veterinary experiences. Dr Crain is so thorough, sweet, and takes amazing care of my animals. She also realizes people are working with budgets and doesn’t make you feel bad if you decline a service. Thank you for being my pets vet! They all love you ?

We just got our new puppy and wanted to choose a vet that was closer to where we live. Our pup came here for his first vaccinations. I needed to get his shots done again so called a different vet who couldn’t see me until Friday. I called Disney who literally gave me an appointment within an hour. When I arrived they knew our pup, such a kind team that I highly recommend. The Veterinarian was very calm and collected. Had all the time to listen and answer any concerns. The entire team were knowledgeable, friendly, kind and attentive. I’m not switching. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes.
When in the waiting area, a pet owner got the wrong date for their appointment, the front desk accommodated and got the dog seen very quickly. The dog seemed so scared. The kindness I witnessed was so real.
10/10

We've been taking our dogs to Disney for almost twenty years. And we only leave our dogs welfare to people we like, trust, and whose advice we respect. That's why we're still with Disney.

I have been coming to Disney for a while with my chihuahua Faith. Dr. Tillman was the first vet she had here and she was always very thorough and attentive. She was great with explaining things as well. After she retired we continued to have the same great care with Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Crain. Faith was a senior dog with lots of issues but they respected our wishes in not making her suffer through an onslaught of tests and procedures and just supported us through hospice care for her. Our Faithy girl surprised us and that hospice care went on for over two years! She recently took a turn for the worse but I'm thankful to Dr. Nguyen for allowing us to come in even though I made a frantic call to Disney right before their closing time. The whole staff was very supportive and caring as we said goodbye to our beloved girl. We were so very blessed to have 18 years and 10 months with her. The only reason I deducted a star is that a mistake was made in her cremation. I do not know if this mistake was made on the part of Disney or with the place they use for the cremation services but it is a mistake that I am still deeply upset about. I had asked, as well as paid for and paw print to be done. When I picked up Faith when she returned from her cremation there was no paw print. It hadn't been done. Now I don't have that to remember her by. I was going to make a remembrance photo memorial of my two dogs with their paws in a heart but that will not happen now. Also, the vet tech that day had also told me that she would save some of Faith's fur for me so that I could use it for a keepsake. That, sadly, was not done either. I now have two new kittens and I will continue with Disney. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Crain are excellent. I will though be more cautious in double checking info to make sure no further mistakes are made.

Wonderful staff. My elderly dog of 17 years had to be put down and the staff teared up with me. Gave me as much time as I needed. I have return with other pets since getting excellent care.
The service who does the cremation with paw print however gave me the wrong paw print cast so that was a waste of money. I know that is not the vet.

Needed to get our 2 year old cat a regular Vet. We saw Dr. Crain and she was very accommodating to my cat. Her and her team were also very knowledgeable on vaccines that were needed for indoor or outdoor cats and gave me an honest opinion on what they recommend. They were all very transparent on pricing too which I appreciated ! I'll be coming back for my cat and any future pets annual checkups and vet visits.

We have been going to Disney Pet Hospital since we moved to Concord last year - our dog Buddy has had a few visits so far that have been great, but today really stood out. Buddy got to meet Dr. Crain today so that he could get some lumps and bumps checked out. I absolutely loved her, and more importantly Buddy loved her too. She was so sweet and thorough with his examination. Buddy is a sweet boy, but he is very nervous, especially at the vet - and I've never seen him as relaxed as I did today. She was so great with him. Special should out to the staff for always being so nice and inviting. Buddy had his teeth cleaned and an extraction done last June and it was a seamless experience. We are really lucky to live around the corner from a great vet! Highly recommend.

Be aware of Dr. Orellana, based on my first visit during Thanksgiving week, our dog were acting abnormal, so we make the apt originally to see Dr Nguyen, unfortunately, he was out and they only have her at that time. I was skeptical to see her at first but the receptionist convinced me that she is trained by Dr Nguyen and should have the same outcome/experience.Turn out, On that day, she examied our dog and we told the Dr. of our dog current symptoms: low energy, low appetite, losing weight and and excessively drooling. After the physical exam, there were no findings, and then she recommended a punch of testing to further diagnose her... ok, fine, then we do it. We did 3 types of blood work and x-ray. After all the results came back and was told she could not diagnose what was happening to her and further testing is needed. She just seem to have pancrea inflammation. Then we started to realize she didn't know how to diagnose a pet except based on results and testing. Very general, following by her books. She seem to be new in this industry so she cannot tell based on a physical exam? We made a smart choice by backing out after spending 1k plus on this money sucker. We took her to another vet and guess what, they found out the problem at the spot, she found a mass in her neck area and told us that it could be cancer, then the vet recommends to do xray on her neck area and refer us to medvet and now she has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. The point here is at least we know what happening to our dog, our goal is to spend the money and know the result. But at Disney/Hercules hospital, these type of practice is no no and should be avoid wasting your money on something have no results. As an experienced veterinarian, howcan she not able to diagnose my dog?Based on results? Then I can just go to cheapest veterinarian to do the blood work and xray, why you?Now for pet owners- it's you to decide whether this place is worth a try or not. You can tell by your 1st appointment. If a vet keep asking you to do punch of testing to further diagnose your pets then they are not experienced enough. please avoid it at all cost!Paying something for no results is very disappointed and frustrating.it hurts your pocket , and most importantly your pet lives! They can be in dangerous if they misdiagnosed and mistreated your pets. Always go for a second opinion even if you have to pay for another exam fee at other vet.

From the moment we walked in the door until we closed the door behind us as we left - we were met with smiles, happy employees and a deeply caring vet! We came to Disney when Dr. Rothe was still there. After his death the staff seemed disjointed and I have to say we weren't very happy. But this last week we met Dr. Crain! What an incredible turn around! Dr. Crain is very knowledgeable and is truly interested in your pet. We never felt pressured to proceed with any tests we weren't interested in (a previous vet there made a statement saying "ok, well....I thought you cared more for your dog". Pie male dog who is nearly 100 pounds and looks intimidating was seen as the sweet boy he is and not one person there asked to muzzle him. Instead they took their time to let him know he was safe there and his tail started wagging! We will happily be back along with our happy dogs who ultimately received great care!
