Having a salon is so much work, Angela the assistant manager is amazing. She knows all the products and helps when I need it. She is knowledgeable about products and always gives me updates on upcoming sales. I would rather talk to her than the store manager who I've called to locate certain products and pulled the wrong products which shows she isn't even knowledgeable in the products the store carries.

Visited the store today after I drove 25 minutes to make it to the store I realize that they only catered to ethnicities that is not of color found that to be bias and discrimination against people of color. Things as simple as a hairbrush I was not able to find. I hope this review encourage them to broaden their supplies for hair of all ethnicities.

I usually do my shopping at the pleasant hill location but today my husband and I were on this side of town. We went in for a couple things that I already knew I needed. For reference I am 35 weeks pregnant. I'm stocking up on my hair products. Since I will have my baby soon and winter is around the corner, I don't know how long I'll be home after the baby comes. Anyways I think it was the manager, she is Asian with glasses and long hair. She was taking forever to ring up the client before me. The client was being difficult as well. But anyways I was hoping to be in and out quickly especially because I need to pee every 5 min. I really needed to use the restroom and considering how long she was taking to ring up the client in front of me, I politely asked if I could use the restroom. She didn't even look up at me and just rudely stated "We don't have one." Which is a lie. But I was really hurt especially that we are all women in there and know what it means to be super pregnant. Thankfully the nice girl with short hair came out and rang us up quickly. We were out the door before the client before us. But anyways 1 star because she denied me the right to use the restroom!

Love them. Clean and the employees are very helpful and happy to help you with what you are looking for. Even do curbside service for people that don't want to go in with all the pandemic going on and I hear they were doing delivered orders . They do alot of duo sets also
