Yesterday I had a really great experience with the store manager shawna. She was very helpful and the customer service was excellent. She helped me find outfits for my upcoming cruise that were spot on to my style from only asking me a couple of questions. Even with her shift ending she stayed to make sure I was taken care of.

Mariah helped me check out today she was super sweet and professional. The store was busy, and she was able to get the line down in a timely manner. She is a great asset to the store, and I highly recommend her as the face of the store she has great attitude.

Our organization LOVES Charlotte Russe!! We come from San Francisco (Tanforan location) and have been connecting with Mariah and Trinity for a couple of years. Their customer service is exceptional!! They go above and beyond to serve the needs of the consumer/customer. We are so so happy to have found them at the Concord location. Now the trips from SF to Concord are really worth it!! Shop with these ladies, you will not be disappointed!

Mariah and trinity are good at selling plus they went above and beyond with customer service, trinity was good help with helping visualizing outfits and Mariah gave good company and advise and just kept convincing me to buy buy buy.

First and foremost I love Charlotte Russe! It’s one of the best stores ever. Mariah and Trinity are the absolute best!! They are so sweet and always tends to the customers well. The store is neat and organized. I am a frequent shopper and with pleasure. Stop by and say hi to these lovely girls!

I was in the store this afternoon at Sun Valley Mall in Concord, CA. I was looking to return some items from an online order so it took a little longer than usual. The young lady Maria that took care of the return was very helpful and friendly and engaging. The other cashiers took care of any customers that needed help so they didn't have to wait while Maria took care of my return. All the young ladies were very friendly and helpful and the store was very clean and tidy. This was my first time at this particular Charlotte Russe and I am a very happy customer and I will definitely be visiting again soon

This is by far the WORST & GHETTOEST store I’ve ever been to. Where do I start. Store is messy and unorganized. And the manager of the store (black girl with tattoos working cashier) needs to be fired she has no customer service skills whatsoever. If you hate your job that bad quit. Didn’t greet me didn't thank me for coming in. She in fact gave me attitude & ignored me when I greeted her. And nearly threw the shopping bag at me. Didn’t get a have a nice day or anything. She was also talking bad about a different store to her coworker as she was checking me out. Lol do better seriously a joke. Never came across someone so unhappy & miserable with their life, it’s no wonder the store is going downhill, when you have people like this representing your stores.
