Takes way too long to get your shoes! They charge your account right away. It's been 38 days and still nothing. They are made in China and ship from there. I DO NOT recommend this company!

They do not accept returns for a refund!! I haven't worn the shoes at all, other than trying them on. They don't fit properly and they do not look like the pictures. Very poor quality! Totaly uncomfortable. If I don't receive a full refund, you can be sure I will never purchase from a facebook ad ever again!!

I bought a pair of shoes about an hour before the store closed. Came back the following morning to see about ordering a different size and it bout touching the shoes from when I tried them on at home, I was told I wore them even though I had not worn them out anywhere within the 10 hours I had them. Very frustrated and unhappy.

This store sucks. I bought a pair of sandals here last Nivemver 2, 2018. The quality is really bad I did not even wear it so today Niv. 5 am returning it and the lady I believe she is an Asian lady does noy want to give her name does not want to accept it. Only exchange and I dont want to exchange it cause the quality is of poor quality. Never again to buy anything at Asian store. They are so disparate to make money in a crooked way. Disregard the one star cause that does not even count
