DO NOT BANK HERE!!! I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before opening an account online. I needed to open a completely online bank account to use for business while traveling. I picked the first of the google recommended banks, BBVA. everything in application said the account and and minimum amount used to fund account will be available in 2 to 3 days. I opened account and used my old debit card to ;move my money into the account right after I called to make sure that is i moved my entire account that it would be made available in the 2 to 3 days. That was on Friday it is now Wed evening and I'm told my money should be available tomorrow that would be one day short of a week . The issue is that my business is at a stand still until those funds arrive. this is costing me 1600 a day from today on. not to mention that that I need to go into a branch to deposit cash really defeats the purpose of having online banking. the Supposed atms available are for withdraw only. The customer service seems uncaring and less than helpful. Avoid this bank at all costs as the are not true to there word and will cost u money in the long run. To top it off they want to charge me to close the account!!

For the life of me I can't understand how this bank it's still in business. I signed up for a secured business credit card to build my corporate credit in June 2020. Seems pretty simple considering I have good credit and I gave them $5000 to secure the credit card! It took a month before they responded saying I was denied. Then the manager reached out and told me that was a mistake and I was approved. Then I waited another month before the credit card actually arrived. Oddly the credit card never worked so they just kept ordering new credit card when I finally attempted to use the latest credit card I was shocked it declined a $40 gas purchase. I had to call customer service wait 90 minutes on hold. The service rep said the issue had been resolved. The next day the exact same thing and the day after and the day after and the day after. Every day I called customer service and waited on hold. Finally I went into the branch told them the problem they ordered me a new card. But again they made a mistake and ordered me a debit card! But of course that never arrived either. Here we are in March and I'm still waiting for the damn card! But my secured $5000 deposit is sitting in the acct!! The other day in the branch the staff was able to set up my online banking. Once I had access it showed I had five different credit card numbers connected. And they wanted to charge me $40 to rush deliver the credit card they never sent! Now I just received an email telling me that though I signed up for online banking it will not show charges or balances this bank is absolutely insane.

Horrible bank. Spent over 1 hour there today. Assistant manager did not know how to open a CD or close an existing one. She was getting her training via telephone while I was sitting in front of her. Told them I never dealt with a bank that had no employee training and no one in charge. Finally teller closed my account and I went to another bank with competent employees. I understand that even the manager has given her 2 week notice to leave. Of course she was not there today either.

Totally incompetent and horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a payoff amount for a loan for the last ten days, a process that normally takes two business days. First they could not find my loan, then lost the paperwork, and the latest is their system will not let them close the loan. Lots of promises to call me or the title company right back with better information but never a return call. Unethical and dishonest are two words that best describe this so called bank. Do not do business with them!

Do not use this bank. They still reorder pending transactions to trigger multiple overdraft fees. I got hit with FIVE fees for one legitimate overdraft. This has been illegal for awhile yet they still get away with it. I've had to escalate it to a complaint with the Federal Reserve because they are literally trained to never refund fees. Also when you deposit a check in their ATM it shows no record of the deposit on your receipt or anywhere else. It's like you never deposited anything until it clears. They could totally rob you that way and after dealing with them for a year I believe they would.

This branch has been so amazing to work with. I opened a business account my old bank wouldn't. They save me time with their excellent service. Guide me to the right loans, accounts that might benefit my needs. Ive been with another bank for almost 40 years and never received the attention that Concord BBVA gives. I took them all a xmas gift today, Im so thankful for their help every month.

I highly recommend this branch the staff is great. I switched my business from a big bank to them a year ago. I'm happy to say it has been an awesome experience. I get in and out super quick no long lines or BS. If your a small business owner this is worth your time to check them out!

Just opened up a business account with them, never heard of BBVA before but they are a huge bank. 82 billion in assets, they aren't going anywhere anytime soon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a credit line to start a business. Thank you BBVA for making my dreams a reality

I just opened an account with them a couple months ago and my first experience with a deposit through the atm was bizarre. It said there would be a hold on it which was fine but then it reversed the whole deposit and there was no record of it. I emailed customer service and didn't get a reply until days later after I had already received the check back in the mail. They didn't even attempt to deposit it. I took it to another bank with no problem.

Atm auto-shreds debit cards. Google recommended it as a walk up atm but it took my card and wouldn't give it back. Informed by the helpline that their ATMs automatically destroy competitor debit cards and I had no recourse.

my goodness! i only bank at this place because of the bf/bd. thank goodness i mainly bank with wells fargo and bofa. all the branches have the slowest atm machines ever.

I'm posting on my grandson page. My name is Xanthia Hill. I have been banking with BBVA over a year now and I went into the branch on 9/7/17 to deposit a cashiers check. The check was somewhat large and a 7day hold was placed on the check. No problem. I was also told that they had to order the money and that it would be there when I came back in on the 14th. On the 14th I return to the bank my funds have cleared. Then the cashier informs me that it will be another 7days before I can get cash. Then the cheaply dressed manager walks up and informs me that she cancelled the money and that the cashier wasn't allowed to order that amount of cash. Then I'm told to wait they have to get the amount approved. The manager and the teller are disappearing making phone calls acting as if I'm a criminal! I stood there a entire hour just for her to finally say she got the approval to order the money! I told the manager I feel like she is being prejudice due to the color of my skin! I'm like why do I have to stand here and wait on approval of funds you could've called me today and told me no funds would be here today! I'm appalled at how they handled me! They acted as if we were in slavery says and that people of color can't have money! The manager needs sensitivity training she sucks at custom service! I plan on switching to another branch! I want absolutely nothing further to do with her!!!
