Busy morning, two tellers, one working atm machine and a useless front door person "checking people in".

Bank of America has been our bank of choice. Originally beginning in Southern California in 1971 & relocating to Northern California. I appreciate the excellent service of the employees. The branch in our area is smaller but personable. I will be sad if the bank ever closes. Thank you for the continued excellent services provided.

They only cater to the Spanish speaking community. I have received the worst service there. Twice I have been in line and was cut to cater for someone who speaks Spanish verses who was first in line. Very rudely spoken each time. Ptev written aboveToday, 7/19 - I come back to write another review and see I forgot to post above and AGAIN I'm mistreated. It's like they see a black face then INSTANTLY they are on defense. I'm sick and tired of discriminatory treatment from banks treating black people this way. I'm a professional women who has had an account with Bank of America in great standing for over 23years. 100s of 1000s has hit this account and the accounts monthly average should say enough to a Manager to say I'm not trying to get over or do anything fraudulent. Everyone HATES this bank because it known for naivety and mistreatment, but to close those account would cause me more of a headache due to multiple people I support and how connected this account is to their account. This branch needs a visit from their Diversity and Inclusion Officer

This location is terrible you wait in line for 30 minutes to 1 hour and there are only 1 to 2 tellers which is not good, there other location across the street was a better location more tellers like 7-8 which made it go faster. This new location is the worst place especially for parking. I hate this location and only would stand in line if I have to,because I know if you stand in line it's like waiting all day at DMV, when you go to this bank location expect to be here all day with only 1 teller.

This bank doesn't have enough tellers to take care of their customers!! Always have to wait for a long time just to deposit a check.

I loathe having to come here on a regular basis. Every time I come in to deposit money on behalf of a business I am forced to wait an outrageous amount of time. Their business line is 70% non existent most of the time. They're always super understaffed. Lol today I waited 20 minutes!! In the business line.

People stop opening accounts with BofA. Super unhelpful Here needed ONE bank statement from a closed account. Savy Moreno says she can't help because she has no banker available. While in the BIG CLEAR WINDOW WE SEE A BANKER JUST SITTING DOWN WITH A CUSTOMER. We explained to her the importance of getting this statement (middle of closing Escrow for our 1st home) she still refused... mind you she has access to all account related inquiries according to her business card she is the VP OF THIS BRANCH. Don't recommend this branch or any BANK OF AMERICA.

They were very helpful with a new act I opened but hadn't used yet Which incurred fees. Thanks Hector! BTW I didn't realize they had moved from across the street to this new location.JR

This branch does not enforce the mask policy. I stood in line and watched the teller help a woman but not once did he ask her to put on her mask. Yet another reason for me not to come to this branch again.
