So grateful for the warm, kindness, help I received from Cassandra, Garrett and Jacob. I'm a dialysis patient on oxygen and I needed help to get a new battery. I spoke on the phone with Jacob to get information about a new battery and he was super nice and understanding. He gave me the information I needed to know. This was yesterday, Saturday 2/17. I called today Sunday 2/18 to make arrangements for a new battery. I spoke to Cassandra and the information she gave was the same as Jacob. Jacob was off today. I brought my van into Auto Zone and right away they came to help me. Cassandra was with another customer so Garrett helped me. Apparently, I didn't need a new battery. He did a test and found out that it was my alternator that needed to be fixed. I was pretty upset so I sat on the side of my van to gather myself and Cassandra came up to me to check on me. She offered me a drink to feel better. I did. Not only because of the drink but also nice customer care. I felt very relaxed there. They took good care of me. God bless them all.

The employees here are very knowledgeable and even if they don't personally have the answer for you, they will find someone who does. Instead of pretending they know. Which is my favorite part of shopping here.

Jacob was extremely helpful! Great communication over the phone and in person.He helped me change my head light, it was pouring right before. He was done in less than 5 minutes which my kids and I really appreciated.

My recent experience at AutoZone was nothing short of excellent. I visited the store in need of a specific car part, and I was impressed with the level of service I received. The staff at AutoZone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They quickly assisted me in finding the exact part I needed, and their efficiency made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The store's organization and the staff's commitment to customer service were evident, making it easy for me to locate what I needed. While I typically reserve a 5-star rating for extraordinary experiences, my overall visit to AutoZone was very positive, earning it a solid 4 stars. I will definitely return for any future automotive needs.

I went in today for new wiper blades I was welcomed to the store immediately by one of the employees. Another employee approached me... he probably knew I had no idea what I was doing. He immediately knew what I needed and showed me the difference between all the options. I was in and out quickly and was very happy with the service I received from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.

I like this location better than the one closer to my house. The parking is better, the people are more friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of items, though I find something's to be a bit pricey. Overall, it's not a bad place to shop for auto parts

What happened to the old manager??? For years I'd go into a fully stocked store with great friendly staff and a manager who would remember her loyal customers by name! Where is Keri these days? You go in now and the line is backed up into the aisles, there is a staffing shortage and prices are wrong I went there for one can of sea foam There were two rows of the product right next to each other (one covered up by a clip strip holding other products and blocking the second row and price tag) The price shown was 10.99 After waiting 10 minutes in line while someone else was calling every autozone from here to Folsom chasing down a battery warranty for a mechanics shop (not even a normal consumer) and a wasted effort at that. So I go to check out and it rings up at $17+ I tell the cashier it's on the shelf with two stacks all the way to the back wall for 10.99 He goes to look and then points to the opposite side of the section after finding and empty spot on the shelf saying it was in the wrong spot blaming the Black Friday crew. I kindly... with what little patience I had left. Tried to explain to him that I didn't stock the shelves. I asked for a price adjustment He refused I asked to talk to a manager and he pointed to the guy who was still calling somewhere in the United States for a warranty claim on a 7 year old battery. He said I'd have to wait another ten minutes I said to him: You have some options Fix the price Or I can call California board if weights and measures to come and audit your whole store. Or I just steal it like everyone else in California does and I'll have no repercussions. He pulled the product back behind the counter as his jaw dropped. I told him i would fix this myself. I went and grabbed another can and tossed $13 on the counter as I walked out. I should have demanded a price match and a discount. But nobody's got time for that when they are paying a mechanic $100 an hour to wait on a 12$ can which has already cost me 20 minutes of my life and money in wages $3.00 is what I wanted. I've spent $3,000 at this place and they wanna make me wait 10 more minutes in addition to standing in their long line.... I don't think so. Your lucky I paid. Bring back keri!!!!! Bring Back Keri Please!

I highly recommend Autozone on Clayton Rd in Concord. I called in and Jacob was very friendly and helpful. He told me to come in to get my battery charged at no charge. He was helpful in getting the battery out and charging it. It was done sooner than the time I was given and he even put it back in for me. He wouldn't take a tip but a very nice young man who deserved it! I wish more businesses that we deal with daily had such helpful, and courteous workers. Ask for Jacob next time you go in!

I was looking for a battery tender on a Sunday for my motorcycle. Most bike shops are closed on Sunday and Monday, and I was going out of town for a week on Monday and didn't want the bike to sit in the heat w/o a charger. Sales guy wasn't sure if they had the right charger, but he took the time to look for me...and bingo, found it. Great service, great price, great attitude! I'll be back for future needs!

The worse place I ever seen. The Manager named (Jim A) was very rude and treat the customers very poorly. I don’t recommend to go in there folks.

Not the best service. Not very friendly and helpful. O'Reilly down the street has better service.
