I received phenomenal service at this location. I went in having trouble with my SIM card and they helped me right away. When I had to momentarily leave to pick up my little sister they gave me a spare phone to take with me for emergencies since they were transferring things from my old phone to my new one. They worked with me with every problem we encountered and made me feel very welcomed. I definitely recommend stopping by here for help or great service

This store was very unprofessional calling us criminals because we would like to pay cash and they dont accept cash. They only accept card payment. But it is not right to call us. That is below the belt.

The guy who helped us was so disconnected. Not into his job at all! Only responded to questions and never added any info about the two phones we were getting. I felt like we were bothering him. The customer service was definitely lacking.

Helpful and to the point! When you are trying to get a phone and get on with your life, this place took care of me quick! Should have got the guys name. Tried 2 other AT&T stores and they took forever, had to check all of my information just to tell me they didn't have them in?!! This place had me in and out in 15 minutes. Will only come back here when I have to come into the AT&T store

Went in to add a new line and purchase a new phone for my daughter. I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Your rep was by herself and handled her prior customer we ease. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and she was awesome. She help us change our plan to accommodate us and was very knowledgeable! I give her a 10 out of 10!!!
