ZERO STARRegrettably, the propane delivery and service experience with Amerigas has been unsatisfactory. Despite assurances that we would receive a courtesy call on the scheduled delivery day to provide an estimated time of arrival, this commitment was not upheld on multiple occasions. As a result, I had to take sick leave from work to ensure someone was present at the residence, only to find that the service never arrived, and no notification was provided. This occurred three times.Another issue is I have been smelling strong smell of gas in the house ask for service check. they keep on sending drivers and drivers keep saying they cannot do it they will send a service technician but nobody came instead what came is a $300+ bill for a service that was never performed. What a scam.Furthermore, when attempting to resolve the situation through customer service, the representatives displayed a lack of knowledge and professionalism. Requests to escalate the matter to a supervisor or pose more complex inquiries were frequently met with abrupt disconnections. Consequently, we have been without heat for two weeks, and the company has demonstrated a distinct lack of empathy or urgency in addressing this unacceptable situation.I am a new customer and they left me with no heat for the 27 days and still running. Dealing with this company was a nightmare and will NEVER RECOMMEND to anybody

Overall, we've had a good experience. The delivery drivers are a delight to work with. One distressing experience earlier in the year involved being billed for deliveries on both January 16 and January 19, but a ticket was left only for the January 19 delivery. It seemed very unlikely that deliveries had been made to us that close together. However, when I was unable to establish that the January 16 delivery was made to another nearby address, I went ahead and paid it. It took awhile to get it straightened out, but eventually you credited us with that payment by applying the amount against a subsequent bill. All's well that ends well, and going forward I hope to have a ticket left by the delivery driver each time.

Unable to communicate with local delivery source. Total obfuscation as to my being on auto delivery...advised to keep track of needing service myself. General system malfunction!

The last delivery we had I happened to be in the yard. I don't receive a call before arriving. Why is that? We have an electric gate. It must not be pushed open. We've been having the phone call arrangement for years.

Attempted delivery on day of week, when always requested delivery on Sat. only.Then did not complete delivery for 4-5 days, but was told, that each of the subsequent days that was the day of delivery, causing undue “special arrangements” to make sure there was somebody available to open gate on property.Very inconvenient and unprofessional. If not such an inconvenience to me, I would certainly contract with any other delivery company.S G PERKINS

Worst response time ever. Submitted an emergency request they responded a month later after we fixed the issue ourselves. Charged me $328 for a service ticket they didn’t even complete.if I could change companies, I would.

Simple to use the internet with their company to order. Delivered gas quickly. Gave plenty notice. The driver is a great guy. All of their drivers have been great.

That's the worse customer service I have ever seen. When you call, you have to stay on the line for more than 45 to 60 minutes until the first person picks up the phone. Most of the time, they can not help with any service. And you need to call again and again and send a few emails. Until someone contact you.

Sad service. Inaccurate estimation of remaining propane level. Last minute delivery and not even filling up the tank more than 35%.

AmeriGas is treating us in a very irresponsible way. Leaving my family , in winter, without propane, and then locking the tank and never send anyone to unlock.The "manager" lying to us saying they will come and they never did for several days without any phone calls or excuse and me spending my time trying to contact them. AmeriGas customer service is a nightmare. They do not know what are they doing.Whoever is reading this, NO I do not recommend AmeriGas. 0 stars ....

DONT EVER EVER RELY on AMERIGAS to delivery propane. We called in an emergency to have propane delivered as they let our tank run dry despite being on auto fill contract with them for years. this is the second time they have left us dry and freezing in single digit temps in Tahoe area with no hot water, no ability to cook and a freezing house. They are a risk to health and safety. PLEASE DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM. We filed complaints with the better business bureau and this company is negligent and total fraud. We are firing them and going with a new propane company. The CEO name is Paul Ladner btw- operating out of Ohio with some random "customer service" line that is a human who does not and cannot help you if you need help. They suck
