I contacted them for my listing in San Jose but received no response what so ever. Maybe it's because of my accent, but I'm not sure. It seems like they judge a book by its cover. It would have been nice to at least get some feedback on the house I'm trying to sell. I went with Compass instead where they sold my house for over listing.

It was a pleasure working with Kenny Ga and Joseph Ga. Both were quick in response to phone and text messages. When my first loan officer quit on me Kenny Ga was able to get me in touch with a new loan officer and we were able to close in record time. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I was referred to AHS Realty Pros by a personal friend and made the switched from KW to AHS. I love the live training , tools provided including Chime CRM, my very own personal website, the mobile apps, and the brokerage provided leads. AHS Realty is big on value and low on fees. As a Realtor, I really appreciate all the guidance and systems provided. The office culture is friendly and positive. We have adequate office and field supplies. Kenny, the broker is genuine and fair. Adam, the Office Manager is motivational and supportive. I’m so glad I made the switch!

I have been in the real estate business for 15 years in Southern CA. But now that I'm here in the Bay Area and joined AHS Realty Pros, I have never had the support from a broker greater than what Kenny and Adam offer. They have a complete office that is very comfortable, clean, and inviting to prospective clients. If you are looking for a great real estate brokerage, want excellent support, and avoid those monthly fees I would definitely give them a call and experience it yourselves.

I joined AHS and am loving the level of support I get from Adam and Kenny . They have built a great real estate system and the commission splits are the best in the industry. A few of friend from other brokerages have joined AHS as well. We all agree the reason join AHS is not because of the monthly fees or best commission splits, it's the level of service.

Kenny Ga and Alan Miramoto are the two professionals that I had the most pleasure working with at AHS Realty Pros.
