I was greeted by a nice smiling gentleman. He also helped me with a map I needed before I left. I had no waiting and was helped by a lovely lady at the windows. She explained my payment options for the DMV Registration. She also explained how to get the map.
It was a nice Saturday visit.

Very helpful processing dmv paperwork, without waiting in lengthy dmv office line. (These services are only available for paid aaa members) Also very courteous

Excellent service, no wait, knowledgeable helpful staff. So much better than a trip to the dmv. Got an international drivers license, vehicle transfer and registration all taken care of in about 15-20 minutes.

Not very nice to thier customers.They tell you that you can get DMV services done here but you can't.Dyrick would just look at me and not say much. They pretend to check on things then you hear from other customers there that they did the same to them.You can get road service through your insurance in most cases and they have had lawsuits against them in the past that they've lost. Think twice before becoming a customer.

Went to Concord AAA found parking right in the front and came in for a passport picture which only cost $10 everywhere else was $20 so I saved time and money. Two very important points for me. Great customer service

I went there a half hour before closing to get a replacement disabled placard. I had to wait while 5 people talked about how to get into the DMV system... close to 20 minutes I watched them try to get signed in and talk about leaving work and what they were going to do. The one woman finally asked for my form and then said that the doctor filled it out wrong. The three had a slightly long tail on it but it was clearly a three for six months from now. They refused to process it and then laughed as I left the office after I told them they were incompetent. No one deserves that kind of treatment. They were more like a social club instead of an office focused on helping people.

Went to transfer title on a boat and trailer. Anyone that has been to DMV in California knows what that can be like... The team at AAA were fast, efficient, and courteous. It made for a simple, and dare I say, pleasurable, experience.

Needed an international drivers license. I was in and out in 15 minutes, with photo taken also. Employees were efficient and super friendly. Got some travel tips also! Can't ask for anything more.
