I stopped for a brake and engine tune-up job. Front desk lady was helpful and courteous. The mechanic started working on my Honda Accord right away and later the same day I got the call my car was ready. The price was fair and my Honda is now running great again. Very happy with this shop. They are honest and friendly, I will refer them to all my friends and family.

I called before going to this Auto Repair Shop. Young lady had good customer service. Gave me the quote right away. I decided to go immediately for a Tire Rotation & Balancing. Their balancing machine wasn’t working and I couldn’t keep waiting until it would restart and see if it worked. So I just told the auto technician to just rotate the tires. He broke one of my bolts while trying to bolt the wheel back on. He tried being sneaky and acted like he didn’t do it but I seen him. I don’t like arguing. So I just let it be. His dishonesty just doesn’t convinces me to go back for future repairs. I still managed to pay the elation fee. He didn’t charge me maybe to keep me happy. I was trying to find a local mechanic shop but I’ll just make the drive to my usual mechanic.Service: Tires

Great experience. The shop owner is an honest and experienced mecanic. He personally took care of my Mitsubishi 4X4 and he was fast and courteous. Best prices in the area, it's worth driving here to have your vehicle fixed even if you live in. L. A. or Long Beach. I highly recommend The Shop auto care.
