I went to the Shiekh in Lakewood. I was told that the Shiekh had the specific size shoe I was asking for. Lakewood Shiekh proceeded to call them and they did not answer. So we decided to go anyway and when we got there after driving 15 miles the shoe was not there. I was told if I order it then it will take 7-10 days to arrive. I ordered the shoes and drove 15 miles home. Then upon arrival checked my email and received a message saying the shoes were ready for pick up. The email was sent the moment I ordered the shoes. So apparently they were in stock. I am really displeased with the employees and how they handle their inventory. I shouldn't have to spend 30 dollars on gas just to find out they had the shoe the whole time.

I liked this place until I got a pair shoe from here got home the back of the shoes were messed up from Nike factor I guess the stitching is wrong they still sold them i went home just noticed so I called for a HR an nobodys answering the phone then they keep the phone off the hook so it will be busy so they don't have to answer or hear it ring and it's urgent .an this is very correct and true

Not sure why such the bad reviews here. I usually hardly ever hit In store raffles but this location is lucky for me! Employees are friendly as well.

Backdooring. They won’t sell to the people they don’t know even when the shoes are on display. They be saying “shoes are not for sale”. The employees are being fishy.

I came here three times , every time all the employees just stare don't ask if I need help and when I'm walking around looking around they just stare like I'm going to steal. I feel very uncomfortable even walking in this shiek. I asked for my son to try on shoes and they said no, then they said yes and told my son to step on the chair . The shoe didn't fit so I asked for a smaller size they took the shoe back and looked at it making a face saying my son dirtied the shoe. I got so upset and walked out. It's nothing but Hispanics talking in Spanish talking s**** I'm Hispanic and I never in my life felt so violated. Never again will I ever step a foot in this store. To the owner hire people with customer service not your primos who act like they have a top flight job and entitled raciest assholes. I don't even want to give them 1 star . I'm so mad right now f****** idiots .

I went in store to purchase some sneakers and all the employees were standing around having a full blown conversation about who knows what?!? I had to approach them to get acknowledged! Asked for the shoes I wanted and was never greeted or asked if that was everything I needed they were to busy having their conversation! They made me feel as if were going to steal something; I get the fact that it’s located in Compton but you should never treat a Customer that way nor feel uncomfortable! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!!
