So I have a warranty for my battery, came in to get it exchanged like I paid for, Geraldo gave me the run around... Didn't want to keep the agreement I paid for... I left my battery to get charged... supposedly, I go back for it and it seems they forgot... gave me the same eta that I got when I first got there... Either your policies are trash or your staff is , I'm for sure going to O reily next time to see how they work....

GHETTO HOT MESS; I've been in a customer for Autozone for years and since when Autozone for you to take out your own car battery and what's crazy is the same battery im trying to change is the exact battery that someone in their staff put in my car so not only did the employee gave me to the tool to take my battery out by myself and when i ask to speak to a manager the employee said he on lunch and then say "Oh we can take the battery out the car but the mechanic going to charge extra" so what is it you do or you don't ??????? And i get it that its a courtesy but to tell me you don't and then say you do but for an extra charge is bad customer service

It's always great haven't been there in a while because I do a great job of keeping my car up in maintenance this place should be cheaper tho their car parts are expensive

I tried to return a duralast flexible extension because it broke the very first day I bought it and they would not accept that because they told me they do not take returns on tools. It is written clearly on the packaging that if any duralast tool fails I can take it to any AutoZone and they will replace it for free. This AutoZone is commiting fraud but by not honoring the written guarantee on the packaging. Do not go to this particular store because they are very shady and Scandalous. Why do they lie and scam the customers?There are plenty of other AutoZone with professional, courteous, and honest staff. Unfortunately the AutoZone on Long Beach boulevard and Compton is not one of them.

I ordered a map sensor for my Jeep Cherokee Sport online, Thinking it would be the fastest way to get the part, After paying on the app I was instructed to wait for a pick email, after 2 hrs of waiting I decided to drive to the location, I walk in and I see all but 1 staff member were standing talking doing absolutely nothing, I ask what's going on with my part, they had no idea, a manager came and looked on the computer, walked to the back 20 minutes later they came back with my part, coincidence that I received the pick up email right after they gave me the part? I don't think so, Really disappointed in Auto Zone.I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. ?

These autozone employees have bad service and try to avoid returns to make their life easier. They prefer you to go to another autozone. Tried to return a loaner tool - power steering remover and they said I HAVE TO go back to the store I got it from but that store literally told me compton autozone does not like to accept returns. They like to make their life easier.
