It is a well-stocked store with long hours, the parking is huge and its location is very convenient. For years it has been one of the best places to shop because it has clothing, furniture, electronics, food, pharmacy and almost anything you need. There is always good service and bilingual employees.

The store is clean and well stocked. Check out is easy when shopping in person. I don't like their online services at all. They never notified me that my order was ready. The employees ignored me as I did at the pickup desk. I had to go over and ask for help. My order wasn't ready, 10 hours later.The customers are not happy people. Nobody smiles. Watch out for the under cover handicap parking cops!

I use to think this was a good store but unfortunately I'm starting to see what a mistake it was, here I am looking for a product calling to adk if they have it & they hung up on me twice, who is one to complaint about how they're employees treat customers on the phone!All I'm saying they are giving bad testimony on how customers get treated...

Always a great place to shop at only bad thing I can say is parking lot inside the whole commerce shopping center is super dark at night they need to fix the lights asap it is very dangerous and sketchy especially rn in the holidays ppl breaking in cars or robbing ppl all over los angeles come on city has the money fix that problem for the customers.

Just wanted to say thank you to the crew who got my chair. There was an issue with my order and Ama and her team was able to reassure me it would show up tomorrow. Lo and behold the extra chair (out of 2 chairs I ordered) was there. Thank you Ama for handling my chair debacle and bringing peace to the world. Also, there may be an issue with the phone lines because I couldn’t connect to any of the departments over the phone (it could just be busy because of holidays), and hope it helps if there’s a technical issue. Thank you Ama!

Last Black Friday I made a purchase in which I did not have a delivery option at home and I decided to go pick it up at this store three days after, they had already canceled it, without prior notice on the day I made the purchase. They didn’t gave the option of date and time to go and bring it and they didn't mind canceling it

Can be messy at times. Sometimes, products are open and have missing items. I find open containers of drinks laying around. The clothing can be better organized. Lines are long for checkout. Usually, the self checkout is faster.

The store was lonely. The lanes were going fast. I went to the pharmacy for pickup & went smooth. Very nice and won't hesitate to answer your questions.

This store is faking 5 star reviews.I know first hand that the store director and team leaders in this store are making fake accounts to get their store ratings up to cover up what’s really going on. This store is a MESS. There’s people in here doing drugs, having explosive mental episodes down the isles, pooping and peeing in the isles, people walk their dogs in here and they let their dogs run around jumping on people and also pooping and peeing, and multiple robberies in a single day. It’s extremely dangerous, especially at night. I’ve tried going early in the morning avoid this, but they let crazies inside yelling and throwing things even as they’re unlocking the doors for opening. It’s a zoo in there. It’s dirty, understaffed and chaotic. There’s always multiple people walking around asking for money, harassing customers, filling up shopping carts to run out and steal. I have seen people get almost knocked over, pushed, and yelled at by disgruntled people while security does nothing. I have seen people try on lipsticks, makeup, soaps, deodorants, and all body care products and put them right back on the sales floor. A lot of these products are unsealed. They have 100% been opened and contaminated. The shelves themselves are really sticky and dirty. I’ve found hair, snot, and garbage in my products, even though they’re locked in a cabinet. It’s a hazard. Even dirty people trying on sunglasses, jewelry (literally earrings) and clothing and they put it right back. Even drive-up items are expired or very low quality. The floor employees are fine - I understand that it’s a stressful job and they’re understaffed so they can’t help a dozen employees at once. But it does take them a while to get them to come over and open the locked items. They always seem to be overwhelmed. The management is obviously terrible. The lines get insanely long with only 1-2 cashiers working at a time.DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS. They’re trying to get their general rating up so corporate doesn’t pay them a visit.Loss prevention isn’t there to protect anyone, they can’t legally do anything until you or your family is physically harmed and is too late. You are not safe in this store.

It's just ridiculous to have everything locked. It takes a while for an employee to open up a secured location. I couldn't even compare products bc the associate would have to open another section and she seemed annoyed. I just walked away. I'm not coming back. Perhaps target should rethink this strategy. You are loosing costumers.
