I had a horrible experience with a customer service agent at phone number 1-877-333-0117. He was extremely rude. We were gifted an pair of boots that were bought online. They were too small and I was looking for clarification about how we can return them. He proceeded to tell me that he could do nothing to help and that I needed to go into a physical store to return the item. However, our stores are in full lockdown due to covid and when I brought that up, he basically told me that wasn't his problem. I wanted to speak to his manager but he claimed he doesn't have a manager. I asked to file a complaint and he claimed there was no way to file a complaint. I have never seen worse customer service, or return policy, in my life and plan to never shop here and plan to steer everyone and anyone away from this store if possible. Buyer beware!

The staff was amicable, but the male manager or supervisor standing at the front entrance was rude. I went on the weekend, and he was rude in the sense where he offered no assistance on anything. I walked in, and he was so busy holding his clipboard; he really couldn't take a second to assist, greet, or offer what the sales were. I left and still nothing. I had received assistance from a stranger when I was struggling to open the doors because I was carrying my bags; he just stared at me with his little clipboard watching me struggle after I probably helped them reach their goal.

I recently called and placed an order by phone for a pair of sandals for my toddler. I verified the shoe size twice with the agent. I then received the incorrect size. I returned the shoes for a refund via fedex. I received an email confirmation that the shoes were received and that it take 30 days for a refund. I have been calling every day now for over a week. I have been on hold each for at least 2 hours just for someone to hang up as soon as they answer. I have made multiple call back requests and have to receive a call back. I have also emailed them and no response. I am highly disappointed with this company especially with everything that's going on with this world pandemic. I will never shop with them again. I highly suggest guys be careful during this with placing orders with this company.

I love the jeans ? from here!! My kids love the fit on them!! Specially the skinny jeans. And the staff help and assist with great attitude. If they don’t have what you want they redirect you to a store that does or oder them online for you.

First time I ever experienced this at this store , employee Was looking at me and my kids like if we are thief’s . I payed for our stuff and we’re still looked at wrong this happened today 2/15/20 around 5:30-6:30 pm they need a sit down on customer service!

Confusing sales racks and then unhelpful sales woman at the till. Left feeling like I shouldn't have bought anything. Please make your sales promotions clearer. When the racks get muddled its not obvious which discount will be applied at the till. Its embarrassing for your customers. And please dont demand an email address like its a requirement for purchasing. Try asking if your customer would like to give you their email address and give a reason why you are asking.
