If you're not after something specific, you'll find lower prices and still a good assortment here. If you were very common sizes, however, you may not find everything in your size.

Me and my friend shopped at this store one week ago. We bought more than 20 items with the total about $550. They gave us one paper bag. We asked for another bag, and they refused. They said they can give only one bag per transaction. We indicated that we made a big purchase, and my car was parked far away, I was simply concerned that this bag will tear, because it was very heavy. Then manager (I believe her name was Stephanie, even though I am not sure, because nobody wanted to say their names, when we started complaining) suggested I can bring my car closer to the store, but she will not give us more than one bag. I am sure it happened because we talked with an accent, they even asked us "DO YOU UNDERSTAND US"? I live in US almost 30 years, and I've never was treated that way. We were in a rush, otherwise I would just return all items and buy them one by one, just to teach them lesson that they could give at least 2-3 bags for $550 purchase. Shame on this store manager, we never coming back there

I just finished calling customer service about an order I place on July 2nd 2022 and I never got thanks to FEDEX claiming that do to a weather delay since last week. So now I have to wait 7 to 12 days to get my money back since July 2nd 2022. I don't get an option for 0 star so unfortunately they get 1 star.

Went there right before closing today and the staff was super helpful and super friendly. They helped me find what I was looking for and had my exact sizing. Thanks alot I appreciate the customer service.

03/15/2022 Lady who was attending the register at night profiled me left the register and was observing me picking some t shirts then when I noticed she went back at the register, I wasn’t well dressed because this was literally a last minute shop and I needed clothes to take with me on a trip. Bad service, so sad that based on a skin color and how you dress you are judge at this store.

Slowest customer service I’ve ever seen. Took me 30 mins to do a return . The whole line was serviced and i had to wait for the manager to do the return who was chitchatting with another coworker . I remembered why i hate going to that store

We visited this store today, while shopping at Citadel Outlets. Nautica is one of our FAVORITE stores, and we especially like this location. There are always good deals, and the personnel are are helpful. We left the store with quite a few bags and as happy customers!

OMG My husband l walked I and though I only had forgotten my mask, ( masks not necessary at that store) I asked if they had as courtesy mask as I have seen stores offer when clients don't have one. The girl didn't answer, just rudely pointed to masks on a rack then said "they're only $2. for 2. I have plenty of good masks at home and in my car. Plus my husband said, I will get you one, (we had nearby parking by luck) and he left. As I continued to look, I asked same girl for something and she mumbled and pointed so I just went. There was a young guy folding and I asked him for same item because I couldn't find where she'd sent me. He couldn't either so said he'd go ask because I told him the girl said I d find tees there. She said loudly, I already told her, if non there then we don't have any! My Husb said, "poor kid" Referring to young employee. I told my husb, I know. Then why are you still here, there's too many other stores here and other places. There weren't many other shoppers but I saw there were 3 employees all together. Another woman, a bit older and heavy set told me if I wanted to see how much prices were on the sale rack, bring so she could scan them because they don't mark them individually. I had wanted to try on 2 pants but I thought, too much work to give this people my money! I didn't even continue to go to other stores, I may probably return to Citadale but not to Nautica! Maybe Nautica treats employees bad and under pay them. I don't understand why because their prices are high, but Macy's and Nordstrom's are too and I, we shop there too. When I got on Yelp I was surprised to see all the other bad reviews but I guess It did make me feel kind of good to know I was not the only one that was treated so badly!

If I could I wouldn't give Nautica any stars. Their customer service is the worst. I first came to exchange an item for a different size which shouldn't have been done in the first place because I used a different type of payment. I returned for a refund and they couldn't do that. How is it that they can do an exchange but a return?!? Since it doesn't benefit them they don't want to help. I'm never purchasing from this store again!!
