I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Michael Kors and was assisted by Jayson. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Jayson took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect handbag that suited my style.
His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he made fantastic recommendations without being pushy. I truly appreciated his patience as I tried on several options. Not only did he provide great customer service, but he also made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I left the store feeling delighted with my purchase and grateful for Jayson's assistance. I highly recommend visiting him if you're in the store—he's a true asset to the Michael Kors team!

Zero stars if I could . I came in to buy 2 bags as gifts as I was about to pay, I asked to have one each in their own bag (because they were gifts for 2 people) the employee stated they don’t give out extra bags. Then proceeds to ask manager . He says they don’t give extra bags. I let them knw I wouldn’t be purchasing the bags then. Didn’t knw Michael Kors was getting cheap. very terrible CS. Never going back again.

This store has rude associates, and a ridiculous store policy that the associate must put everything in one bag if she can make them fit. I bought 5 items and the cashier tried to cram them all into one bag. According to their so-called store policy, customers cannot purchase an extra bag, they will not split the items into to smaller bags. If you try to asked for two separate transactions, the associates will literally yell and falsely accuse you of going against their store policy. FYI, it is not against their store or corporate policy to ask for separate transactions. Make them process separate transactions if you need more than one bag for multiple items! I see other similar reviews. MK corporate needs to hold the store manager or the genius who came up with this ridiculous policy accountable. Suggestion: sell the paper bag, 1 bag allowed for each item purchased, the store will have more revenue and happier customers. If this happened to you, please report this store and rude staff to the live chat on Michael Kors website. We need more people to report this store to corporate to shed light on this idiocracy.

Girls!!! Do not shop here!!!
My friends and I had an extremely unpleasant shopping experience at this place yesterday. There is a person named Bryan who claims to be the store manager, and he treated us rudely and acted like a racist.
Yesterday, my friends and I were buying bags at Michael Kors and bought a total of eight bags. At checkout, we requested that four of the bags be placed in separate shopping bags. Bryan refused our request, stating that no matter how many bags you buy, each transaction could only include a maximum of two shopping bags, He dismissively told us that this was the store policy and that if we didn’t like it, we can cancel our purchase. When he heard that these four bags were gifts for our friends in China, he became even ruder and refused us again. Bryan explicitly said that because the bags were gifts for friends in China, he could not give us the separate shopping bags! This is blatant discrimination against Asian women!
When my friend and I suggested that we could split the purchase into separate transactions to get 4 shopping bags. Bryan said only after we can provide our personal info such as names and phone numbers to do so. But apparently it’s not a MUST when we bought MK in other stores before. And at that moment I was reluctant to give him my personal info as I felt he treated us unfairly.
The most infuriating part was when I asked for his name, he gave me Lani Zimmerman’s business card and claimed it was him! He is a coward, treating us rudely and then trying to shift the blame to his colleague.
Is it how Michael Kors treats its customers? I checked the google reviews and apparently it’s not the 1st time customers have the same experience in this store. But the store has no improvement! We are deeply disappointed in the Michael Kros brand and I will never buy any MK products in the future.

Customer satisfaction is definitely NOT their thing. Bought two items there, asked to have two separate paper bags, but they refused saying it’s their company policy that only one big bag is given to hold all items. Asked if can buy another bag, they said they don’t sell those paper bags! Talked to the “manager”, totally rude! They would rather not make the sale than give me an extra bag! So ridiculous! Never heard a business that would have such a company policy or they just totally made it up. I would definitely report this complaint to their headquarters. It’s so wrong the way they treat their customers! It’s really bad and sad for their Brand Name!
