NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!WE ARE THE REGULAR CUSTOMER HERE FOR SO MANY YEARS.BUT THIS OUR FIRST TIME HERE IN CITADEL AND WE ARE ASKING FOR 2 EXTRA BAG AND THEY WON'T GIVE US.EVEN I TOLD THEM I WILL PAY SEPARATELY THEY SAID THEY WILL PUT ALL ITEMS IN 1 BAG..I WILL GIVE THIS AS A GIFT FOR 3 PERSON..THEY ARE RUDE ....THE BEST IS IN CAMARILLO OUTLET

Terrible, yelling and rude behavior of "store manager(s)". 1st advent Sunday, 4pm, ALL fitting room closed (1at and 2nd floor). We wanted to try jeans and it wasn't possible, I asked why?!? We wanted to complain to the manager and their rude response was "call to our customer care, we're short staff." I told them, that no revenue will come because of this behaviour and the "store manager" reply to me, that she doesn't care, she is paid on hourly base. Unbeliavable!!!

I hope someone in upper management can read this review. We came all the way from Torrance to visit this store here in the citadel outlet. My young daughter wanted some shorts and a t-shirt and everything was going well. Unfortunately my daughter felt a little nauseous (she is only eleven years old) and she vomited a small amount of Gatorade. This occurred by the dressing rooms, i the father took immediate action and asked the personnel to give me paper towels and I was going to clean it up. Every employee when on a panic mode and it took a while before someone gave me towels or a mop to clean the vomit. Again it was by a corner and it didn't smell. Every employee made such a big deal that they themselves had never gotten sick, both female cashiers were gaging and covering their nose like the vomit smelled, it didn't!!! Now here comes the worst part of the story, we spent around $60 so we not there to window shop and we never got a shopping bag for our purchase. Attached you will see copy of the receipts and when my wife went to ask for a shopping bag for the clothes we had purchased they gave us a trash plastic bag. These employee must be disciplined because this is not the first or last time that this will happen. It's part of life. I Edwin cleaned everything, the vomit didn't smell, and were cordial and we apologize for the inconvenience. As a company you guys must have a plan of action in the event something like this occurs, second we if we make a purchase and we ask for a carrying bad pls be kind and give us one. We didn't intent to have this happen to our family and we were not there for free. Why you guys don't have any empathy and you guys act like you never gotten sick.,,Never, ever as long I am alive coming back to your store and will not recommend this place. Horrible service, horrible attitude. No respect. Thanks

I bought many items from the online Guess store and the dates kept changing and one of the parcels were now scheduled to arrive after my international flight home, you think I could get any assistance or replies from them? NOPE, NONE….I rang & it RANG OUT dozens of times,I emailed 4 times NOT ONE REPLYand I even tried to go on live chat and they ABRUPTLY ENDED/DISCONNECTED it twice after I waited ages to finally be connected to an agent!!Absolutely disgusting assistance for any online shopping enquires/issues that actually require them to do their jobs by resolving issues…Now because they change the dates to suit themselves after you pay express; I now have $220USD parcel coming to the holiday rental property after I fly out; that too is also full of gifts for family members from our holiday that they now aren’t getting.I’m appalled to say the least, never buying Guess branding again & I bought them very often.Conclusion: If it doesn’t involve putting money in their pockets, they are not interested in assisting customers….

I went in to this Guess as a jacket on display in window had caught my eye . I asked an associate if they had other sizes because they only had one on the floor but it was an XS I needed a bigger size so I asked about the one in the window , the associate went to check and advised it was a M , so I said can u get me that one and we can switch it for this one as it is much too small . She said she would have to ask manager . She called over another associate (don’t think it was even a manager) who had an attitude from the beginning and said “let me go ask but I don’t think so” I said i don’t see what the big deal is to the 1st associate , the other one turned and said “because it’s a display” with very much attitude. She proceeded up the stairs I guess to find someone , I started looking around and she never came back instead radioed the associate in the front who told me no we can’t take the display down . I understand but I just felt like they were making it more than what it was making a big deal and lost the sale . Could have easily switched the jackets and I would have been happy . Or told me with Less of an attitude. Also the 2nd associates name was Shandra or chantel something along those lines and gave me dirty looks as we were leaving

I purchased a few items from Guess online and had to return 1 item because the size was wrong. I went to GUESS Lenox Square Mall 3393 Peachtree Rd NE #3099 Atlanta, GA 30326 where I spoke with the store manager Tiana and her sales agent Najee. Keep in mind I have returned online items at this store before. Per Tiana, "the store only accepts high end products and refused my return. I have been wearing Guess since I was in the 8th grade in the 90s and always love their product. However, for Tiana to implied that 59.99 top is not high-end product was insulting. Worse customer service ever.

Rude… And ironically that was the manager on duty (July 26th evening). With that attitude, I understand better the attitude of the other staff… know that they will not let you try anything 45 minutes before closing (maybe even earlier. I can only say that the fitting rooms were “closed” at 8:15pm).Long line to attempt o make a purchase at 8:30pm, be ready to wait. If you dare to politely ask if an additional cashier may come to help (when there is only one with a full line), you get “You just have to wait”, literally. No “Sir”, Sorry”, “we apologize”, “we’re short-staffed…” (which they were not; there were at least 5 staff members not doing a whole lot, some just chatting upstairs). Left without making a purchase… there are plenty of stores in the mall ;-)
