They don't answer the phone even when it's not busy customer service suck and they still charge you full price for open item not brand new you've been warned

I enjoy coming here. I know the manager really well. I know a two ladies that work there that I went to school with. I like coming here because they are nice people. I have been coming here since 2007 and I bought a lot of my games and systems there. It's only one bus away from me and a mile walking so getting there is easy but I wish the hours would change instead of 8pm to 9pm Monday Thur Saturday and Sunday too.

What happened to this store? Just came in after a few years being MIA in the gaming world, and what happened here? This place is looking like a swap meet shop, empty, dirty, and no proper customer service. I am clearly disappointed in the LACK of knowledge by the employee working there lately, gabriela.

If I could give negative stars I would. They always take forever at this gamestop and never have anything in stock despite it being on display. The workers are generally rude except for maybe two. They have bad attitudes and are overall just unhelpful. I'd rather drive father than go to this one down the street

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff have an attitude, it's as if they're being forced to work there. Manager should show them how to respect and attend to customers, it's their job. Better off going to the one at Atlantic square! They're super sweet, well-informed, and actually want to help/ interact with their customers.. unlike here :)
