I called this store looking for a particular crossbody bag. Spoke with Gabe, who told me it wasn't in stock, but he would try to look for it at their retail supplier. He wasn't able to get it, but did offer another similar style bag. I really appreciated his help in striving to please me. Great customer service & I will shop here again just for that reason. Thanks Gabe!

I went to Cole haan outlet store in Citadel Mall and the value that you get from this store is worth absolutely every pennyThe shoes are so comfortable and light that you don’t believe that there any shoes that you can compare this brand .I’m have got shoes for myself and for my father and we are really happy with his shoes hundred percent comfortable hundred percent beautiful.Customer service in this location is pretty good .Thank you so much

Wow ! Awesome Customer Service here at The Cole Haan outlet ! Gabriel was cool and very helpful along with the cashier guy, I buy most of my shoes at south coast plaza, but will definitely come here to take a look first. My wife bought some sandals here and is very happy with the whole experience. Thanks again guys great service!

It's safe to say that customer svc is a big part of this company's culture! All the way in the Citadel and the same customer svc that was given in the South Coast Plaza store. Bravo Cole Hann, Bravo!!!It goes without saying that I would definitely recommend shopping at this store!

I took a trip to the Cole Haan Outlet today to see what they had in store to purchase some stuff for my family and I was given amazing customer service by Lupita who is a manager there! Lupita was so amazing, 11/10, she had so much patience, a great attitude and was very helpful! I'm very appreciative! I ended up leaving the store with 9 bags with about 19 pairs of shoes, 2 bags, and 2 jackets!!! THANK YOUUU!!

I had a great experience here. Though the prices were a bit high, they were all very affordable. Moreover, the deals in-store could be combined with the savings passport. So I was able to enjoy buy one get 50% of the second AND 50 dollars off purchase of 200 (at the time of writing).

I came in on a whim hoping they would have a zero grand sandal I was looking for. They did but in the (gorgeous) but different color. The young lady ordered me the black one and it came in yesterday! (1 week) took advantage of the buy one get one half off and military discount. 2 pairs for $60, great deal!

Got in and got out with exactly what I wanted. Amazing shoes in my opinion and it is a great place to get dressing shoes in my opinion. Very underrated, I truly recommend!
