“This is the worst of the worst. They tried to steal a few dollars from my account and refused to reverse the charge. I was on the phone with them over 4 hours and no one wanted to fix the error they made. I finally visited a commerce ,ca branch and met Crystal, relationship banker. She took the time to listen and took an action to resolve all my issues. I would not recommend bank of the west to anyone. But if you are banking with them and have issues, Crystal will be there to fight for you.”
“I would give them Five stars since they have been our bank for over 10 years. They have cancelled our credit line. Now its hard since only one of us os working and able to pay bills. Not sure why would they do that to their customers.”

“AWESOME customer service! The manager greeted us, while we were with Jenn He (Personal Banker) . That is just the beginning of our wonderful experience with this branch. I have gone to numerous Citibank locations, and I have never written a review for all the other Citibank locations that I have gone to. It did not make sense for me to write a review for a bank that gave an average amount of customer service. Jenn He was over the top helpful. If I could give her more than 5 stars on Yelp, I definitely would. She took care of numerous things for us. She was constantly multi-tasking with us. She even gave us information regarding a new credit card that Citibank currently has a promotion for. I know that if I ever have to do any bank transactions with Citibank this is the location that I would go to. I would highly recommend the manager, Jenn He and this Citibank location.”

It show how Wells Fargo are willing to go for there customers it may not have been a big problem to Wells Fargo but it was a big problem to me and they resolved it with the best customer service that they had to offer thank you Wells Fargo.
