This shop is always on point and the price for a patched tire is $15 and a used tire if they can't patch it is $40 although this probably depends on the tire size either way the dude always comes in clutch when ur in a jam

I had a tire light on and didn't want to wait at Firestone to have it looked at. So I popped into this place because it's close to home. Alex came out and inspected my tires real quick. He determined that they all needed air. So he filled them up and sent me on my way. He told me to come back if the light came back on. He could've told me anything and I likely would've paid for whatever he recommended. I appreciate the honesty and helping me out. I've already recommended this business to several friends. Thanks for your assistance!

I am very happy with customer service and support at T W L #2 Tire Center in Mt Vernon Colton. Alex explained to me on June 29, 2023 about the front breaks repair of my van Odyssey. His explanation is professional and its comprehensive on what needs to be done for a well mechanic job ! In which is going to leave your car on great condition ! He lets you decide of the options he explains to you about the replacement of the breaks and rotors. It’s reasonable prices and looking forward for any check up of my van. Highly recommend it ?????????? Thanks Alex for making me feel good on not having doubts at TWL #2 ???

Disappointed by how this business treats people. Just saw a young man get ripped off! Also disappointed how Colton Police handled everything. A mechanic at this shop got physical and tried to enter a customers car without his permission saying he will F UP his car if he didn't pay him for alignment the mechanic didn't do! I saw everything go down and it looks like Colton Police sided with the crooked mechanic. DONT EVER COME HERE! I was planning on getting work done but left after seeing how shady this business is!

Don't ever come to this place Alex Ortiz is a horrible mechanic. Came for a wheel alignment and left with my car still with bad alignment. Me and Alex got into an argument because he states he did my alignment but my car still has bad alignment. He then aggressively tried getting into my car to "put it back how it was" when I told him I didn't want to pay for an outrageous quote of $130 for alignment. I repeatedly asked him not to get into my car so I called police and he stopped trying to get into my car. Once police came he tried to act like a victim stating I just didn't want to pay for service. AGAIN DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING SHADY MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS!

Ran over something about 4 blocks away from this shop and lost all tire pressure. I was able to get a little air in it and shoot down to TWL after a few mins. The tech patched the tire within 15 mins and I was back on the road. The service was professional, quick and well priced. I recommend them. Thank you.
