I absolutely loved the customer service I received from Alina yesterday!! As soon as we walked in she was very helpful and super welcoming which is hard to find when you go places!! I appreciate her help and knowledge!! I will definitely be coming back to this store, everyone was so friendly and attentive to every customer that walked in!! ?

Alina and David were very helpful and provided exceptional service. They were able to help me add a new line and set up Wi-Fi for our home which works amazingly. Would 100% recommend. If you need great service ask for these two at T-Mobile in Colton. Thanks again for providing great service.

This T-Mobile never disappoints, the customer service is always on point. Especially recently when I bought a new phone with Victoria, very friendly and honest person. She made everything quick and easy. I recently lost my phone on New Years (iPhone 13) and was super bummed out about the whole situation. I went to this T-Mobile the very next day and they were more than happy in guiding me on how to replace it through my insurance instead of selling me an entirely new phone (as i planned on doing that day). I received my replacement device and decided to upgrade to the iPhone 14 plus so that’s what I did. Victoria made the process a breeze and not annoying as they usually are at other locations. Overall my experience here has been very satisfying to say the least. Thank you to David for helping me replace my phone and thank you Victoria for being so cool and kind when I went in for an upgrade. I highly recommend this location over any other. ?

Alina was so amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Hands down the best TMOBILE experience I've ever had. She was able to answer all of my questions and set up my new phone. She deserves a raise or something.

Horrible customer service …Manager and assistant manager both had the worst customer service, I had experienced. I do not recommend this store.If Management have the worst attitude when it comes to helping exiting customer with problems or issues with the phones what else can be expected from the rest of team members. ???They only care for new customers to get their bonus.

Horrible horrible company get ready to pay 100$ a month to get the worst service, videos take for ever to load most the times won’t load instagram Snapchat messages some people you can’t even make phone calls or text T-Mobile is trash planing on leaving them soon?????

The manager here was absolutely horrible. The phone they sold me was defective and stopped working the same day I bought it. They told me the phone wasn't refundable and that it was on the receipt they never gave me. I had to get a receipt emailed to me by a customer support agent and turns out the phone was refundable within 14 days of purchase. The agent i spoke with gave us the okay to return the phone and they still gave me a hard time. Even the agent said the manager had terrible attitude! They tried to have me pay a $300 restocking fee. I eventually just went to a different branch in Riverside and got a different phone and paid the difference with a $50 restock fee. The Riverside branch made sure the new phone I had got was in working condition. This branch did not do this. Then they kept making it about the prepaid service and how there was nothing they could do. The prepaid service wasn't the issue. It was the PHONE. I had so much anxiety doing business with the Colton branch. Will never come back.
