Management here needs to learn policies. Stopped in to make a return on an item I purchased two days prior full price but now on sale, but unfortunately lost the receipt. My bad. But I do use their Rewards program, my phone number, and have the credit card used to make the purchase. The manager (on the evening of 3/26/24) flat out denies my request to return the product worth 3 dollars. She is fake and turns on a certain persona to sell items, but is ignorant to or simply refuses to follow corporate policy on returns. After speaking with corporate, she could have ABSOLUTELY looked up my purchase using my account or my credit card. Now I am returning every single item still valid within its policy because I am done with BBW. I spend thousands at this store-- and the manager is even the associate who rang up my purchase 2 days prior! Honor loyalty. Taking my money elsewhere.

I recently visited the Colma bath and body works. I was greeted by a kind young lady, Nicole. I was having a difficult time picking out a birthday present for my best friend and she customized a birthday basket for me. She offered to wrap my gift for free and my friend loved it. Thank you so much for your customer service :)

I've always had a pleasant experience at this location. Everyone is helpful, not overly pushy to buy and over all nice. Great store ran by a good manager.

Upon entering and exiting, there were employees spraying their delicious scents about the store. This store is exactly what you'd expect from a Bath and Body Works - tidy, clean, smelly, and cheery! It's definitely a sensory overload and I always have my headphones in because if my nose and eyes are overwhelmed, I have to at least protect my ears! But the employees are genuinely friendly, they have a great selection of products, and there's always some deals! Right now, I'm a huge fan of their Wrapped In Vanilla (Straight up smells like a vanilla candle) and White Pumpkin Chai. I also love their lipgloss and hand sanitizer options, their little bottles of hand sani are only $2 :)

Horrible experience at checkout. I was greeted by the cashier named Lucas. He asked multiple times if I wanted to sign up for the rewards program, I kindly said no. As I was leaving and done paying he asked AGAIN I also said no thank you (fourth time him asking me) as I turned my back and was walking out he blurted out "your loss". I've never felt so uncomfortable leaving a store.
