Bought a car this weekend at Winner Chevy and it was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership!
I worked with Mike and Jordan who were both extremely professional and transparent about everything. I had arranged an appointment with Jordan and he had the car freshly detailed and pulled up to the front of the lot ready to be looked at and test driven. After deciding to buy the car, I was in and out of there in under 2 hours which was a first for me at a dealership- we all know it can take a whole day to buy a car so this was a breath of fresh air!
Jordan took care of some things that needed to be added to the car and also offered me top dollar for my trade in.
I cannot recommend Winner Chevy enough, these guys are some of the best in the business!

I had a wonderful experience at Winner Chevrolet in Colfax. In April 2024, I saw a barely used 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe listed online at a great price. I spoke with Mike on the phone, who gave me good information. We discussed possible trade-in options. I made the drive to Colfax from Lodi (80 miles) and I am very glad I did.
Jordan Monroe provided exceptional guidance as I considered the purchase. Jordan did not "sell" me a car, he simply assisted me in evaluating the Santa Fe so I could decide if it was the car for me. He was well-prepared to explain the many features of the car. And he quickly looked up accurate answers for additional questions I had. I sincerely appreciate the low-key, customer-centered approach that Jordan provided. The actual purchase was very straight forward with no mark-ups of any kind. Huge kudos for all of that! I drove home very pleased with my beautiful blue Santa Fe.

Worst car dealer ever!. Sold a used car that had supposedly gone thru their "27 point inspection" yet the car broke down 1 day later; battery was bad, which they had to replace, had an "expired" recall they had to take care of, winshield wiper fluid pump didn't work, and SD card didn't work. Said it was sold "as is"! Chipped windshield. Took many phobe calls and emails to get a response.
So much for their mechanics who do inspections and their management team. Zero customer service and an old, rundown showroom and car lot.

I bought a used car from this dealership in November and immediately had mechanical issues. They took the car and kept it for almost 90 days for repairs that had to be done by a Ford dealership. They did accommodate me by giving me a loaner car so I could get to and from work. In the sales contract they agreed to fix a ding in the windshield. I would have expected that repair to be done while they had the car in the shop. Of course with most dealerships what we expect and what is actually done don't always meet. In the time between when the car was returned to me and maybe 2-3 afterwards several other issues surfaced that I wanted to be addressed. These were things that should have been covered under their "27 point used car checklist" but weren't. I've reached out to the sales manager and the person who sold me the car at least 4 times since I got the car back. Not only have my emails not been responded to but anytime I call I get parked on hold/ignore up to 30 minutes before I have to hang up. I work Monday though Friday 7-330 and I commute from Grass Valley to Auburn. My employer has a hard fast rule that we cannot have our cell phones out during work hours. So the only time I have to reach out to these folks is during my 30 minute lunch or whatever I get home from work.
Yesterday I wrote yet another email copying everyone on their website listed with the title of manager on their profile. I've attempted to get the contact info for the owner but as of yet I don't have it.
I don't feel that I've been given proper post sales support. Frankly I feel like they got their money and they don't owe me squat! I highly advise anyone thinking of buying a new or used car or having service done that they get everything in writing and ensure that all issues are resolved before making any monetary commitments!

To each its own. For me, buying from Winner Chevrolet was a very pleasing experience. My purchase was a pre-owned 2020 Kia Soul. By the time I arrived to my appointment with them, I had already researched about the vehicle, and the vehicle was out in the parking lot waiting to be taken on a drive test.
My vendor, John, was courteous, and interested in assiting me at every step of the purchase.
They even mailed me some delicious brownies as an after-purchase courtesy!
I would definitely buy another pre-owned from them.

ATTENTION!!! If you are looking to buying a vehicle at this place BE PREPARED! This dealership is THE WORSE and their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! We Bought a vehicle from here and nothing that was explained to us was in the contract! Turns out they did nothing but LIE to sell this vehicle that ended up having a million problems. From one fix to another I was sold a defective vehicle that now is costing me money because the insurance I had signed for was NOT what they had told me. This dealership is all a SCAM go elsewhere don't waste your time with people who are DISHONEST AND STEAL!

If you do not want your vehicle damaged DO NOT bring it here. I brought my truck here for simple maintenance and I got it back with scratches all over it. I took photos of the damage about 20 minutes after I had picked my truck up from them. My husband chased the general manager around for a week. We finally decided to bring the truck in to have him look at it and hopefully get things resolved. Once we got there the GM comes out and starts rubbing his fingers into the scratches and was asked multiple times to stop when asked what the heck he was doing and to stop the rest took a turn. The GM (Kelly Clark) is explosive and verbally abusive. He would not let my husband or myself talk he would just yell over the both of us when we would try and explain anything. He was very aggressive through out our entire interaction. He offered for me to bring my truck back and they would look at it but after the way he treated my husband and I we can not do that because of how uncomfortable he made us and we do not trust him . This is such an unfortunate situation because we brought in so much work and referred many people to this establishment and absolutely will not be doing so again. Beware doing business here. I have never experienced something like this and how uncomfortable we were. This is why leaving reviews for businesses are so important.

I would hate to be an a hole just like the the guy in the service department that wouldn't tell me if they accept factory or extended warranty and wanted me to call back the dealership I bought my sweet Chevy I bought. He wanted me to call back the dealership I bought the car from after they told me I got a call Chevy and Colfax to find out if they accepted or not why couldn't the guy just tell me simply if they accepted extended or factory warranty and I'm pretty sure I have a nicer Chevy than he does long story short I am taking it to the dealership where I purchased the truck and I'm having a service done on it and they are checking out the little squeaky I have going on under the hood and having new rims and tires put on even though the vehicle is only 2 months old boy what a loss for Chevy. And I'm the only person in my family that has a Chevy because I don't want a Ford ! Anyhow thanks for nothing and the smug attitude you could have had profit off rims and tires and 35,000 mi service have a great day !,,???

Best car buying experience EVER. From beginning to end, Jordan was easy to work with and very matter of fact. At Winner Chevrolet you won’t find the kind of salespeople everyone dreads. Don’t bother going anywhere else! Thank you, Winner Chevrolet!

I recently traveled from Murphys, CA to trade in 2 vehicles and purchase a new one. Cameron arranged an amazing trade in offer on my cars and worked hard to get me the best rate and payment for the new one. He was friendly, professional, and a great communicator. The 2 hour drive was well worth the service I received at Winner Chevrolet! Highly recommend!
