I would rather be writing a positive review versus a negative one but that's not the case today. Lately, anything that does not fit in the mailboxes or parcel lockers does not get delivered. Period. Tracking states that a delivery attempt was made. This is 100% BS. It was easier for the carrier to leave a note in my mailbox box. It's no longer their responsibility. Zero effort from the delivery personnel. This is really unfortunate and gives USPS a bad reputation. John and Sara both offer exceptional customer service at the Colfax branch office. It's really unfortunate that the actual delivery personnel are slugs and don't care. My home is located approximately 100 yards from my neighborhood community mail boxes. I now get to drive six miles one way to the post office to pick up my packages.

They must love me here, because I always have to go pick up my packages. "No recipient available", um have you tried knocking on the door? Oh wait that takes an extra 5 seconds and 10 calories. Don't worry, I love driving into town for no reason.

I have lived in Colfax since April. They don't have mailboxes, so I had get a PO Box. I have had three separate orders from Amazon go missing. This post office has a thief in their employ.

Absolutely terrible experience on two different occasions this week alone. Extremely Rude the older lady behind the counter. We to pick up two different packages and was told too bad when they delivered to the wrong address.

This is literally the worst post office. If you call it rings and rings and no one EVER answers. I have even called, standing in their lobby, while people ignore the phones ringing, just to see what happens. Needless to say no one answered.

If I could give it zero Stars I would. This place is a disaster, nothing ever gets delivered correctly now we have checks out and about and anyone could figure out our bank account now but they seem less than interested in helping. USPS is a bunch of clowns!

This post office is so incredibly awful.....I track a pkg and says it was delivered to me and it wasn't....I report and nothing.......says it was put in my mailbox and the pkg was huge...I am so tired of this.......

This post office has been very reliable in the past, but over the last 1-2 years its really gone downhill. I've been getting other peoples mail/packages in my box on a a semi consistent basis, and when I moved to one in town I was greeted with very poor service and hostile staff.

This post office is HORRIFIC. They not only take a LONG TIME when you go inside to ship anything (Last time it took ~15 minutes to ship two packages and nobody else was there).The true problem comes from the drivers. I try to get them to deliver to our mailbox, or in the front of our home. I've made countless complaints to their office AND corporate to NEVER throw (And ive literally seen them THROW packages that say fragile) onto our deck due to all the dog urine and feces on the deck. Yet for the next year they've taken it upon themselves to throw EVERY package onto the deck since I complained. The last package was thrown in a puddle of urine which completely ruined the package. This place is so terrible.
