Absolutely horrible service!! This place is ran by a bunch of young disrespectful kids! Hubby and I went bought two platters we get home we have one platter!! I called twice no one answered the phone, after paying $30 for some chicken I'm not real happy!! We get there and the young rude manager Breannie looks at me, I tell her I'm missing what I paid for and I had to drive back after getting home to find what I paid for not there! She never apologized just started making it'll the platter, I said are you refunding me for the inconvenience? Breannie said "we don't do that" I told her to keep her food give me a full refund" I asked Breannie if she felt she provided good customer service"? She would not even give eye contact! She was so rude and no care of how I felt or my inconvenience! I will NEVER return to that location!

I placed a to go order on app. We ordered for a few things since there was many of us eating. We got chicken sandwiches, signature chicken, tenders, mash potatoes, fries and biscuits. Picked up the order and it was fresh. It was well made and the service was quick. Staff was friendly. I hadn't been to this location in a while but will be back. :)

Ewww order was taken and same "guy" made sandwich using same gloves touching bun pickles!! Think that's against the health dept. Good way to spread something and forgot to put spoon in bag for the mashed potatoes. $20 an hour Maybe the robot will do better and be clean.

Popeyes was once upon a time classic. $2.70 for 1 biscuit says it all, Popeyes will be out of business soon and I'm here for it with those prices. Yall done lost your god damn mind. Popeyes will not be around for long, sad but honestly I'll be happy to see them go since they caved and started hiking the shit out of prices for the same exact food being served. Big no go .

Menu isn't that big. How u run out of chicken Pattie's for sandwiches no cheese or bacon. 4 workers way too much goofing around and the "Lead" taking orders has no personality and has mean face to everyone.

Waisted my lunch break waiting in a line that never moved ........ whoever works the 2-10 shift that lady and the younger girl ........I'm sorry but chop chop staring at everyone looking crazy instead of taking and packing orders..... thanks for nothing

Rip the place down and call a sanitation department. This place is disgusting. No joke, the don't wear hair nets or cover their nasty hair. The bathroom is filthy. The wait time was close to 30 minutes with no one in front of us. This establishment is a joke. Please, for the life of Popeyes, start this place over, you can do better. I believe in you. The food tasted great though.

ZERO STARS. Fast food should not take 35 min to complete an order of 1 chicken sandwich and nuggets. There's not even a drive-thru, so it's impossible for the staff to be "overwhelmed" with orders of both window & counter orders. Finally had to walk out after waiting 35 min for ONE chicken sandwich (screw the nuggets). The owner of this place should literally just give up. Do anything but this, do everyone passing through a giant favor. Food was cold also...

Most of the pumps will not accept a card, you have to go inside to pay or something, there's a line. Pumps 12, 9, 11, and 6 will not even let you insert a card in the slot.

Worst service ever. Don't know how to take orders, bags the orders wrong, run out of fried chicken and had to wait 25 minutes, and then asking for condiments takes a act of God. These guys need to get their act together. Oh and no hair nets or gloves and puts chicken back from a customer who touched their order.
