This guys are a retailer and not a corporate store. Be careful If you enter into any agreement with them. I was mislead and talked into an upgrade only to find our that the service was not performing well and I was given the wrong router. Was a customer for 5+ years and entered into a new contract a few months ago only to find out that theae guys will still charge me cancellation fee of $80 even though the new place has no xfinity coverage.

I'm a frustrated long time customer. I'm always having problems with my WIFI. After having a service person replace my modem and calling a customer service agent. My internet in still slow and my printer doesn't work.
I drove to Xfinity on Herndon, in Clovis and met a very knowledgeable young man. This young man's name is John. With his patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service I have confidence that I can fix a couple of problems myself today. Thank you John. Keep up the great service. If you aren't a manager, Xfinity is missing an opportunity in what you have to offer.

Visited store on Friday July 26, 2024. Needed new phone setup, got there at 10:00 am when they opened, the girl that helped me, bless her heart, cuzi don't have a clue, worked so hard to help me, we had all kinds of issues ,but she work through every one, and told me everything she was doing. I was there for like 2 hours, but everything worked out, I'm so pleased with this store

Travis at the Xfinity store on Herndon in Clovis was a pleasure to work with! He made the appointment super smooth. Even though I was canceling service (we are leaving California) and returning equipment he was very pleasant.

Teddy, the customer service rep at the Herndon and Clovis Ave location was very helpful and informative. He listened to my questions and helped achieve what I needed with my iPhone and iPad.

Man what an experience. I went in and bought a phone but it was extremely complicated to utilize so I ended up returning it. They told me that my return would credit back to my account in 24 hours and I would be able to choose a new phone then. Well 24 hours turned into 6 days. Throughout the 6 day period we would call to follow up to check the status of the account in order to get a new phone. We would be told they would call the corporate office and find out but never called us back to update or they were not at work so they could not check. So I would ask the guy to refer me to someone who was working but the entire staff is operating from the same playbook because the rep who would I would be referred to would say the same thing "let me call and check your status and I will give you a call back" which they did not. So long story short I ended up going to another Xfinity location on shaw ave and within the hour their reps were not only able to clear my issue but I also walked out with a new phone. The difference at the shaw location was that they actually did their job and serviced the customer. Maybe the shaw location should train this Clovis group. #Deadweight

My family has been an XFINITY customer for the past few years. I recently switched my phone from a galaxy series to an apple IPhone. After transferring the SIM card I was never able to access my voicemail. Looking online the only resolution was to take my phone in.When I went in Bradley helped me troubleshoot and figure out why my voicemail did not work. Despite his manager trying to turn us away, he continued to help us and worked on adding the new phone into our XFINITY account. Despite trying in store he was unable to do the phone switches in our account and called the corporate help line and worked with us a total of 1 1/2 hours trying to solve our problem.At the end of everything Bradley got everything switched over and the voice mail working. Thank you Bradley for all your help and knowing the right actions to take to help us move forward and solve our problem. This was a great experience.

I give 0 Stars if I can .On February 28th2024 at about 3:15pm, I bought Internet service from this store,agent told me that after ACP discount the monthly bill be $15, but started me billing $44.45 , I went to this store to ask why they charged me more,in this store The Lady employee speaks rude to us,she don’t have NAME tag,when we asked her name she refused,and when we asked her plz give us the store manager’s phone number or visiting card,she said no .she is unprofessional,very rude to customer,plz don’t go this store,she don’t respect their customers,I hope the Xfinity will take care to this employee.

Thanks Kat I appreciate your excellent customer service. U surpassed my expectation and in less then 7 min I got my set up. The only thing was I said a joke and no one laugh so the jokes on me. Then everyone laugh. It was the end of the day and a Friday at that. I can't grade my experience any higher or else I would have.
