Wish I would have read other review before being suckered at my door. They do not deliver what they say. When I went into there office I was even lied to about their names. So they start with a lie and end with a lie. So happy Direct TV will honor my request and understand that the gal at the door sold me a piece of crap. Contacting the BBB and filed a complaint with Direct TV. Hope they pull there right to represent Direct TV.

Poor communication. Always told to call back in 5-10-15 minutes then told that person wasn't in the office. Promised services that were not possible in my area. Would not recommend this company to go through for direct tv services.

I have extremely unpleasant experience with this company or the people who are running this company. One of their business is reseller for DirectTV. One of their employees sold me this package, it was a great deal, hard to resist. I got the Direct TV installed. And then my nightmare begins. None of the things promised to me were true. The length of contract, the monthly bills, the gift card, none of it. This sells person refused to take my calls. I contact the company she works for (star wireless or star satellite); they said they feel bad for what happen to me and that they will make everything right. I was feeling hopeful. I check with them everyday to see if they did anything to repair my accounts. Found out they were not interested at all, the person i am suppose to talk to never return my call, he is never there when i call. I gave up on them. It's a scam. Dont trust a word they say.
