Not enough employees. Wanted to buy two bottles of cologne, a perfume and a cologne gift set and never received help after asking and waiting a while. Others were helped before me so I left. There wasn’t even a cashier to buy what I had in my hands. Holliday season is here and one employee to assist customers isn’t gonna go well.

If you want a great Sephora experience where the people that work there are super nice and all around amazing, go to the one at Fashion Fair. If you live close by and need convenient, go to this one. The associates are so unfriendly I felt uncomfortable being there. In the future, I'll just take the extra drive time and go to the Fashion Fair or River Park one. They got 3 stars because they had 2 of the 3 things I went there for.

I spent close to 15 minutes walking through this Sephora. Lots of out of stock items, not the most organized- both forgivable as it's still new to Kohl's and probably getting settled still. What I couldn't overlook was the fact that there were at least 5 Sephora employees and not one of them EVER greeted a customer, asked anyone if they had any questions, or even merely made eye contact! Not exaggerating. It was as if the customers were invisible and the employees were just props. Not impressed. This is the same experience as going to a drug store, but even there the employees usually acknowledge you at some point. They really need to work on their customer service!

I recently read some reviews of the Clovis Kohl’s, mostly about their customer service, not being good. Today when I was there, the customer service was excellent! Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to help, trying to locate my online purchases. Love, love, Kohls. ☺️
