(thanks Laverne) Poor Michelle(s) that left negative reviews under two names. Her history of reviews shows her as a very negative person overall . Her life must be a challenge . Often when refills are slow it's the Dr and his or her office . We love our Dr but he is very slow to refill . So we plan ahead for refills . All the staff stays on the Dr's sometimes faxing 2-3 times to get a response . All pharmacies deal with this . We will continue to use and suggest Script RX to anyone .”

“There are at least 6 other CVS locations between my house and this one, but I make the longer drive because the pharmacy is great. I was prescribed a med that no other locations near me had on hand (or could figure out how to get it in a timely manner) a couple years ago so it was suggested that I try this location. They filled my prescription that I was beginning to think was almost impossible immediately with no confusion, excuses or waiting for it to come in. I literally told the pharmacy tech that I loved her once I had it in my hands because I was so happy and relieved to not have to deal with the runaround I got from my usual location. I continued to come here and have gotten great service from most of the other techs too over the years. But Sami....I don't even know where to start. He is the kindest, gentlest, most helpful person ever. Never in my life have I had a pharmacist who even had a clue who I was. He knows me by name and even remembers the medicines I take and conversations he's had with my doctors from months ago. I got all my COVID and flu shots from him and just being able to talk to him for a few minutes literally makes getting jabbed a pleasant experience. I'm sure he is extremely busy and under a lot of pressure just like the other locations seem to be, but he doesn't let that stop him from treating his customers with the care and respect they deserve. I was smiling while reading the other reviews because so many other people have given him a shout out. The great job he does deserves to be recognized.”

“I live 5 min away and I've been shopping here for about 4 years . I know the prices are a little more than some stores but the store is always clean , the produce is always organized and overall some areas are not as stocked as others! I know at times the deli is packed with people I don't mind waiting cause I'm buying good quality food . The cashiers always ask did I find everything ok , I do like that. The only negative thing I would say about the store is I really hate bagging my own groceries. When it gets busy the front clerks ask for help and there's always other cashiers that come and help. And I know you have young kids that start as cashiers and they have to go outside to get the shopping carts and clean up and do stock and whatever the store needs sweep etc. but I do believe that they're short staffed and they could hire a lot more younger people to do the bagging this has been ongoing for years and I get it you have to be profitable for a company and maybe you can't have so many people working at one time I get it but what the store does lack is baggers . I'm still living a five star review because I had a good experience pretty much every time I go there but after I've been there for about 25 minutes 30 minutes shopping I don't want to wait for a bagger to come to the cashier so I always go and bag my own groceries. If I wanted to bag my groceries I go to self check out”
