Saw Alejandra, she seemed ok in the beginning but as soon as my husband and I walked into her little area she kept looking me up and down. Asked why we were there and we let her know we started our taxes at home but it was showing an insane amount owed so we want to make sure everything is being done right before we do anything else she immediately got an attitude and started complaining about how we were going to mess up their system and saying we're not going to file with them anyways, I started to say that we never said we weren't going to file with them but her attitude was so off putting and I could tell she neither wanted or cared to help us and decided to just walk out.

Paid extra and can't even get the lady who did my taxes to call me back. I don't recommend this place.

Excellent service on our taxes. They go out of their way to assist and ensure it's done right. We have been working with this HR Block since 2009. Strongly recommend.

Make an appointment with Marty at the Herndon and fowler store, she's the best, been going to her for 10 plus years and never had a problem.

My fiancé did taxes here and lost out on 1,000 plus ended up paying some taxes back we also paid almost 400 for their service they didn’t like the review he posted and personally called to ask him to change it wouldn’t trust these people and definitely not going back ever

Because Renuka, is always very helpful and kind. She has been doing our taxes for years now and we plan on continuing to have her do our taxes for years to come. She was also wonderful with our son's first time with preparation of his taxes.
