I walked into this store around 10:45 am on a weekday recently, simply wanting to ask a basic question about coverage areas on my plan. 1 employee was talking to 2 customers, and another was away from the counter. Not wanting to interrupt, I waited for 5, 10 , 15 minutes. I was never even acknowledged by the employee. It was like I wasn't even there. Finally, I walked out, while saying "Thanks for the help" to the rude employee. He was apologizing as the door closed behind me. First, and last time for my visiting this location.

Louis has the best customer service! I showed up at closing and he still helped me upgrade my phone plan. He was so kind and helpful, he walked me through the process step by step and he even help me set up my Cricket account and my MAX account. I really appreciate him being so kind and helpful I’m definitely only be coming to this location! 5 stars!
