Gave another try, disappointed by the sausage I got from 99 ranch markets still with synthetic casing, I understand it's probably cheap also easy to get, may be better profits but totally not meet my food standard.

was one of my favorite Chinese sausages before, bought 2 packs from 99 ranch markets, during cooking I noticed the skin looks bit pale, when slices skin does not look natural like from the pig intestine material but more like plastics types, also I can easily peeled entire skin off, since not sure the materials, I didn't eat them at all, I truly prefer traditional intestine made sausages skin and of course all natural other ingredients too.

Not to bad of a place, kind of tight to get in and out just take it slow, and watch your mirrors and your truck, yes a 53 foot truck and trailer will fit which is crazy, people were nice and offloaded me fast which is unusual for california

This is NOT a restaurant. It is an Oriental food manufacturer. I come here every week to pickup 3-6 pallets to go to the Seattle area.
