I am a retired police chief in Virginia with 40 plus years law enforcement service and I am 100% pleased with my recent purchase of three police retirement badges. This company assisted my department 18 years ago in designing an original custom badge that reflected our community, they continue to do so today. The retirement badges I received today met my expectations regarding fit, finish, detail, speed of delivery, cost, and customer service; this is a great company and I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service, no quality control whatsoever, slow delivery (45+ days) and after all that time I received the wrong badge. Returned it and several weeks after my badge its MIA. DO NOT order from this company if you have other options go with them.

Do NOT order from here. I am a newly appointed command officer for a mid sized department after retiring from a large department. I gave V & V an opportunity to provide us a sample of there badges. I paid for and ordered a badge in September 2017. After several excuses. It is now December 2017... I still have not received the badge. I called to get voice mail only. I emailed.. no response!! I've always had great service with Sun Badge Co. I'm going back the Sun! Stay away from V&V!!!!!

Wish we had used another badge company. Too many issues and mistakes and apparently no quality control before shipping.
