I sent my coat for dry clean. When I went to pick up my coat, the lady couldn’t find my coat in the clean section and she finally pulled out the coat from the other rack. I saw my coat is still dirty so I ask her if the coat was really cleaned? She said yes but acting with a guilty conscience. When I came home, I found collar and wristband are so dirty. No sign of being cleaned at all. She probably forgot to wash my coat but lied to me it was cleaned and still asked me for money. I support immigrant/women business but doesn’t mean I’m ok to be fooled.

They did a good job cleaning my blankets. However, its getting a 2 star because I felt ripped off. I was quoted $36 and when I went to pick up my blankets, I was charged $50. The pickup receipt they give you does not include a price, so be aware of this and always get the price you are quoted on the receipt.

Wow. Just found this place...never even saw it before! (Located in the strip mall with In N Out. Small place close to Pep Boys.)Well, after using the same cleaners for years, I finally had enough of the attitude (always like they are doing me a favor). Well, no more.I brought my clothes here and Jean, the owner, was so nice and patient with me -- even thanked me for coming in! She just made my day.

I went in on and the shop owner so kind polite and welcoming helped me out quickly. On the day of pick up everything looked amazing even my huge jacketI will mostly definitely be returningWhat more can I say but good all fashioned service provided PS I did notice she even does huge blankets

I have been here before to get some coats dry cleaned and they did a good job so I decided that I could come and drop off one of my purses because they also offer that cleaning service. They had me leave it for about four days and they said they'd give me price when I returned because of size of purse. i was fine with that as it was a Dooney and Burke and didn't mind spending to have it properly cleaned. Long story short, I would not trust them with high end purses again. I got the purse bag and the leather color is bleeding into the interior pocket now. So sad that they don't know how to work with leather and my purse is ruined inside. It also still smells which is the reason I took it in the first place.

The owner was very nice and welcoming. That's very important to me. I took in a cashmere sweater and it cost $9. It's in a pretty good location on Colima next to In and Out.So I get it, they need to charge a premium just to cover their rent. This is a mom and pop business. The pros is that there's plenty of parking and the owner is a very nice lady. I'll go back if I don't wanna go out of my way to a cheaper location since it's down the street from where I live.They did a good job. 5 stars, thumbs up.
