No one acknowledged me as I stood by the pick up sign. Many employees walked by and didn't say a thing to me. Took longer than I thought to pick up an order that was placed online. It may have been quicker standing in the line and grabbing the items myself. Customer service needs work. Disappointed.

Things add up quick. Suggestion, make a list, bee-like towards those items. Check out right away.They have a good selection. Great for when you're in a bind and need pet supplies.

So I thought of this Petsmart as one of the nicer ones because Dawn (I think that's what her name is?) is just such a nice person, especially for a manager. She is patient, friendly, and actually provides decent customer service but I will warn you now, that the level of customer service you can hope to get depends on the manager who happens to be on duty that day. I would avoid the short Asian man at all costs. If you're there to buy products, then everything will be fine; otherwise, stay away. This guy just doesn't want to deal with your issues and will direct you to the corporate office (who doesn't answer the phone) or another store because it's "not his problem."

So on 2 different occasions, the last one being this morning I was turned away despite having an appointment because my dog was determined to need a haircut not just the bath and brush I made the appointment for. The groomer had "no time" to do that and would not give her the bath I had an appointment for. What is the point of making an appointment if there is no time to take care of the pet? Clearly Petsmart should not be making appointments for grooming online if they have the right to turn you away after determining that additional service is required than the service reserved for. (my dog had been groomed thoroughly inc haircut just 30 days ago so she is not a matted and neglected animal!)

This would have been my first time coming to the Walnut location groomers but won’t be coming back. Danielle was extremely cold and unfriendly and would not understand that we thought our appointment was at 5pm not 4:30pm and we arrived at 4:51pm, this was our first time here and they “had to close” at 6pm. They clearly don’t take extra dogs, and she was still working on another dog so she could’ve taken our dog. They just want to leave earlier because it’s Friday. I spoke to Scott who was covering for the Manager and he tried to see if they could squeeze us in since he knows it can be done but they refused. I will be calling corporate to express the lack of customer service and they have lost my long term business.

I bring my pets here for their Banfield hospital, the store is always well stocked and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful

I took my dog Coco to training classes for both beginner and intermediate training back to back! Chris, the pet trainer, was insanely helpful and so genuinely nice to everyone and their dogs. I was pretty hesitant at first because I wasn't sure how Coco was gonna behave because he wasn't really exposed to many people and dogs. During the consultation, Coco was really nervous with the trainer and the environment. Overtime, Coco seemed to love Chris and always gravitate toward him every time he walked by. Also, Chris always opened up an opportunity for extra help on the weekend which was so great if any dog was behind. I would highly recommend Chris as your pet trainer!! My dog is now very attentive and listens to me much more :)

I put my cat up in the pets hotel for a few days when I went out of town. The staff at the hotel was so amazing. Took care of my little baby very well

I have a new kitten took him here for his 1st physical and it was a total waste of my day failed to tell me it would be 4 to 5 hours then when I came to pick him up I got no feed back and was told we will email you a office visit summary that I never received I felt like if you don't sign up for there packages you are really just another record in there system which really sucks but I guess.

Good location and store hours, the employee's are always very helpful. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is the pricing seems a little high for some items. Some of the larger retailers have lower pricing on some food items.

Excellent the girl that helped me and my son buy a lizard ?was extremely knowledgeable watching her get the crickets was comical had a great experience will be a regular costumer ? her name was Dani she deserves a lunch or gift card at least tell her she did a excellent job very satisfied now regular customer thank you so much DaniWill look for you on my next visit ????
