I was dissatisfied with this company after ordering 100 graduation bears. When I placed the order, there was a box to type in the quantity, so I typed in 100. I printed out my receipt which stated 100 bears at a cost of 100 dollars. I later received a phone call from an associate of this company stating that the bears are packaged in quantities of 12 so I would need to increase my order to 108. Even though the company did not state this anywhere on their page, I was told I had to do this in order to receive them and I never received a new receipt with the final quantity and price. I was also told that the bears would arrive within 2 business days, but I did not receive them until 4 days later.
