“Updated for clarity: There is a clean bathroom in this shell/7-11 station. Reason for one star loss is confusion on how to get there. I believe the bathroom said for employees only. Had to double take before realizing it was open for everyone.”

“Been there a few times. Great vibe. Multiple selections. Was there again earlier today. Was impressed by an employee (Felicia..I think). A difficult customer walked in to buy some Juul pods. Someone misspoke OR misheard. But either way, the customer was offended and blamed Felicia for mishearing (Because humans are perfect by nature....). At one point he said "Get a real job...". He was also super condescending. Felicia handled with professionalism while defending the business' reputation. She deserves to be recognized.”

I am only 32 years old but am currently going through some medical issues that have become a large expense in my life. Linda and Crystal have been amazing with providing advice and helping me through some inconveniences with my medication. They have been transparent, kind, understanding and compassionate towards my situation. I am very grateful for all the help they have- and continue, to provide me. I work and live in Downtown Los Angeles but refuse to go anywhere else. I grew up in that area and just never switched to any other CVS location because of their amazing Customer Service.”

“This is the place to go for coffee in the morning! There's so many perks, like free bottles of water or candy bars when you use the app. It also includes a frequent buyer program so you could get free coffee, like the free coffee I have pictured here.Other than that, the place is clean, the coffee brewed fresh, and the staff is helpful. Highly recommend for the perks!”

Without hesitation, Abby stopped what she was doing and walked over to offer her help in solving the problem. Her patience and kindness while working through the issue were truly remarkable. “Very nice employees at this location. Of course it's 24/7. When your on a budget the have good iced coffee. I recommend get a gulp cup and filling it up with ice. Then add coffee and a couple of creamers. If you want to get creative add a pump of vanilla syrup or caramel.”
