This is the worst branch that i have ever been to, they are bad service awareness, refusal to admit mistakes, and also stubborn. Last time I came here, they even insulted other customers in front of me, their customer service is really poor.

I hate coming to this bank the service is the worst ever and there drive thru at 12:00 is not available there’s always a looms picking up the money what a bad timing that’s lunch time when people need to go to the bank please stop, I hate this bank

This is actually the first time I've stepped into this location having worked around this area for close to 3 years now. The only other time I came to this location was at the drive-thru ATM and that alone had one broken ATM machine even though it was lit green. Had to back out and wait in line.So the other day, I actually stepped right into this location. A bit smaller than other locations I've gone to but I have to say one of the more modern branches I've gone to. 4 lanes with each customer taken up. One leaves and I was told to wait as she closed the blind. Wait wasn't so bad but as I stepped up to an available person, I wasn't greeted with no smile and no how are you doing? I just mentioned there was no deposit slip so at least he was able to help me out with that. Then as my transaction was done, no goodbye or anything else I can help you with? Maybe he just hated his job? Either way, location was nice and plenty of parking but customer service could definitely be improved here.

This Chase bank on Colima Road, Industry of city is the best service, the workers are very friendly and respectful to the customer with the friendly smile.

I'm surprised this Chase has a 3 Star review. Its the worst one. They have 10 staff.workers walking around but only 3 at the window. Each customer takes 30min. They definitely need time management with their customers..

Stephany the Associate Teller needs to have an attitude check. Poor customer service and experience. The location is convenient though.

I went in there June 25th at 5:30 becaise I received my covid rental assistants check that was Bank through Chase. Well The female who "Helped" Me didn't really help meAnd it makes me mad because I couldn't Cash it I would need a account to do that. I ry needed it cashed I went to 5 other places before chase and I needed to pay rent and she didn't I guess feel I was worthy of a account or wanted to go home already because she said I could not open a account today and it was 20 until close. So I had to cash at a market and what would have been free cost me 300 to cash. I found that to be very wrong. The bank was nice though.

There is always a reason why people gone and not choose chase any more1. chase charge money since it is no your fault and no refund saying it is your not take a look2. people in bank not professional did not know anything about bank and policy and not take care your acocunt even you come personally to do the changethey can only say no show any change at your accountwe have to pay their faulttheir finacial department is bad please get away from them asap they use your money play gameswin they get your part of moneylose they did not lose anythingno one take care and care about your moneyhere
