Easily the worst Autozone experience in over 20 years being a customer of AutoZone. The young lady that seems to be the manager there acts like she has to cover Duralast battery warranty out of pocket. You can tell even her own co-workers don't like her. When I asked a question to the other worker there, they seemed nervous to answer anything and defer the question for her to answer instead. Other locations have always been a breeze, except this one. Seems like a very toxic environment in there.

Horrible horrible horrible service here at this store I came in yesterday and ordered a part and paid for a part today they tell me that there is no order and there is nothing they can do for me now I can't fix my car today and I have to go somewhere else to get the part instead of getting what I paid for and what I put a order in for the staff was very rude and didn't help me at all I don't recommend tho aplace to anyone.
