Big gas station with plenty of pumps. Prices are good for the area range. Full size convenience store with great selection of snacks and other items. Clean and well stocked. Impressive drink station. Staff has always been nice and accommodating.

AMPM in City of Industry has now become my new go-to gas station. For awhile I used to drive off to Circle K in Covina, but since I got busier working, I don't have time to drive that far anymore at least not Monday-Friday. I stick to this location because I never actually had to wait in line to get gas!!!! I just step into the convenient store, pay for gas at the cashier line, pump gas and take off and run a quick Yelp check in while waiting to pay for gas. I should really drive to Sam's Club gas station, but I don't even want to wait in line there.....gas is the only thing I don't care a bit buying brands for, unlike my fashion needs. As long as I don't waste time waiting in line for gas, I'd be here. Will prolly be back when I'm down half tank already.

This review is for HUGO, the inept cashier only, not for the store nor for the other nice cashiers that work here. And if I could give negative stars I would. I've been coming to this gas station since it opened. I have never had a problem until today. I paid for my gas and provided the correct pump number. When I noticed the gas pump would not turn on, I told HUGO and he said another customer paid on the pump. Obviously he did not apply either payment on the pump because it didn't turn on. I told him I gave him the correct number and proceeded back to my car to pump my gas. Still not working, I went back in the store where he immediately saw me and said "it's done!" I walked back to my car again, finished pumping and went back in for my change. He shortchanged me claiming I pumped the other customer's gas into my tank. I don't know how that's possible when I came in the store both times to tell him the pump didn't turn on....unless someone magically pumped gas in my car while I was complaining inside the store. I understand mistakes happen, but as I was explaining I didn't take the gas....HUGO made another mistake checking out another customer and was called out on it. At that point I knew it was just HUGO who didn't know what the f*** he was doing. To the owner of this establishment, please fire his a** because he CAN NOT work a f****** register.

Drive by this gas station and noticed they were less expensive than most other gas stations. Good location and easy entry/exit.

The service is great and the employees are helpful. Everyone in the other reviews are probably terrible customers. The clerks put up with alot and deserve more respect from customers. Treat people well and you'll be treated well back.

The last two times I went, the car wash broke. The first time, the attendant tried to convince me it was my fault that the wash broke. He told me I should have waited to pay for my wash until the car in front of me was finished. I said there are no signs that say this, and he told me and I quote, "Because that's how all car washes work". I almost laughed at him. They do not work this way. I came back again another day, months later, because I was in a hurry, and the wash broke again; however, this time I did NOT pay for my wash yet. So it clearly wasn't my fault, but I find it interesting how he felt comfortable accusing an innocent customer of breaking the wash, especially when he knew it was a lie. Do not go here for a car wash.

today the pump took my money and gave me no gas. went inside to talk to manager and he said that's never happened before and was rude. Not too long ago my mom had her card info stolen from the same ampm/arco because of a fake chip reader. always be aware and tug on the chip reader to make sure there isn't a fake one on top.

This was a late night stop after hanging out with friends who live in the area. I stopped for a bottle of water and some snacks, as the drive home was going to take a while. As I drove in, I noticed that this place is kept clean. This includes the inside of the convenience store, which was well stocked as well. The attendant that evening was friendly and professional. I walked in, found what I was looking for. Checking out was quick and seamless. The surrounding area is nice. There is tons of greenery adorning this family-friendly area. I didn't see any bad characters around, which was great considering that I stopped at this place at 2 in the morning. Although my time in this location was brief, my impression of this place was a positive one. Keep up the good work, folks!

As with almost all AM/PM ARCO's the ATM function of the pumps do not work so I went inside and gave the woman at the register $100 and said "Number 5, I'll be back for the change." As I have done for years, I held the $100 bill up so the CCTV camera could see it. I pumped in $40 and returned inside to get the change. Suddenly the woman did not understand English and via her co-worker stated "you said you wanted $100." For another ten minutes I tried to get my $60 after they refused I ttold them "I'm calling the police." No response. I stepped outside and called the LA County Sheriff Dept. A Deputy from the City of Industry station arrived about 30 mins later. The AM/PM ARCO station sits in Industry not, unfortunately, Walnut. The Walnut station is only 1/4 mile away. The Deputy spoke to the AM/PM ARCO staff and suddenly they offered to give me my change. They told the Deputy what occured was a "misunderstanding." Do NOT patronize the station or engage those would be thieves. I did get a copy of the report I insisted the Deputy complete.

To the young lady that worked on the 7-29-2020Learn to do your job. I told you that the machine had an issue and wasn't taking my card. You made it seem like I didn't have funds in my card. Well honey I have your whole years worth of pay in my bank. It's not my fault you work at arco. And thanks for the air I asked for. I had to walk back in and ask your other coworker who knows how to do his job.

Doesn't accept cash and won't take any cards. No sign when you drive up. I prefer this point of contactless transaction during this pandemic. However this AMPM obviously does not care and completely unacceptable. Thanks for a absolutely NOTHING!
