Purchased a tub of Stokers Snuff on 4/25/23. I specifically asked if it was fresh as manufacturer doesn't use a standard date code. The seller said yes it was fresh. When opened the tobacco was dried out and clumpy. I called Stoker's company, gave them the code on lid and they told me it was over 3 years beyond selling date and to go back and get a refund. We're only talking 10-15 minutes after original purchase! They refused and pointed to a sign that says no refunds!...lol I wouldn't ouch this store again with a 10 ft pole! Horrible!

It was ass. We bought a vape and it was way to minty, we opened the package and the flavor was all up on the car. we went to return and he said we couldn't, the package was opened but the cap on the vape and everything wasn't touched. Again, we didn't smoke it or anything. They didn't even give us the recipe for it The worker did have some patience tho.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I am only rating it a 1 star because I can't rate any lower. All of their products are old and expired. When asking the worker if I can test out pen to make sure it works (as most smoke shops do), he said no. Once it's purchased you can't exchange. I bought a Vape pen and cigar. Cigar was crusted and broke when opened. He even said prior to not buy the cigar I wanted because it was old. So he gave me the one I bought. ... just as bad! Except he was smart because it was packaged up, so we couldn't physically see. Just because a product is not opened, does not mean it is not expired! Worst shop and products!!

Bought a Flum vape and it didn't even last an hour, now that I think about the guy opened my package without me asking and asked me to test it. No other place opened it for me; in retrospect it was already used so he ways intentionally selling me a used / defective product.On top of that they don't understand how to conduct business professionally, guy gave me my receipt to sign and asked for my number like I was supposed to. I told him why? (He smiles at me) my response: Well I don't want to give you my number. I left and never never never ever coming back.

If there was an option for no stars this one would take the cake. I've only been in here twice and each time the guy working was a creep. First time I went in he checked my id and started asking where I lived and where I worked and if I was single or not. Second time it started out fine and after he rang me out, I checked to make sure my puff worked and he said thank you baby. Didn't seem too happy with me after I not so politely told him not to call me baby. The men working here are disgusting and have no respect for women. Take your money elsewhere.

This place sucks. Sold us a torch that leaks.. also a silicone bong that leaks water. Husband took it back the very next day. They know they sell bad stuff. That's why there's no exchanges or refunds. If you want garbage products, this place is for you!!
