Derek at the Citrus Heights shop was a huge and patient help with my initial set up and fittings at my appointments. He helped me narrow down from an excellent array of choices. (And Dean, RT, from the Marina office, was so very helpful in troubleshooting with me over the phone.) What a tremendous support these guys have been, in helping me get settled into therapy. We are visiting from out of town for a week and my husband forgot a piece of his mask. We visited CPAP Services and Derek set my husband up with the works. The store is clean, well set up and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! If you live in the Sacramento/Roseville area, make this is your spot.

I went in with a bunch of uneducated questions. The gentleman that helped me was super patient and was able to answer all of my questions. I did not purchase anything at that time but the customer service was beyond excellent.Keep up the good work!!

My wife and I have found that the individuals associated with this group are outstanding in the field! Patients are what they live for! Skilled, kind, caring, patient people! A rare exception in the world of medical care today! Example: my wife is hard of hearing. Until Derek M. Of the Citrus Hgts location it seemed fruitless and hopeless? Now we are having success! I'd give them 10 stars if possible!
