Genevieve and her team are fantastic. They are responsive, diligent and meticulous with the all of our tax needs. We use them for both business and personal every year and every time it’s smooth and I can breathe a sigh of relief that it will be taken care of right, and on time. Five stars, all the way.

Genevieve and her team at 5 Star Accounting & Business Solutions are top notch! This was our first time using an accountant in over 10 years. We've always done our own taxes and were a bit nervous that this was going to be more trouble than it was beneficial, but quite the opposite. We saved money and felt like we were being supported throughout the process. The software they utilize is also very easy to use Genevieve and her team were always quick to respond to questions on the chat feature or via email. Thanks so much for this wonderful experience- we will be back next year!

I own a contracting company and used 5 Star for my corporate and personal taxes this year, and will continue to use them in the future. My experience was amazing, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Things moved very quickly and I learned A LOT about what to do and not to do with my books and overall business finances. Five Star is very knowledgeable and helpful. They caught a serious mistake my previous tax people made that had resulted in penalties and called the franchise tax board on my behalf, to sort out the mess. They got my taxes done quickly and charged me considerably less than they could have. I very much appreciate that they have a business office I can walk into, and ask questions directly. Too many businesses, these days have retreated to Exclusively online or over the phone practices. I have had other tax preparation businesses dodge my calls, which is more infuriating when there is no brick and mortar access point to walk into and speak to someone. Five Star always returned my calls, and answered my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Very honest company. I have been overall satisfied with my recent dealings with 5 star accounting. Even when things get difficult or I have trouble understanding, they work with me thru it all. They truly have been an asset to my company and are very fairly priced!
