They didn’t give up on me, so I didn’t give on them, the only dealership that I truly felt connected with, the experience was not unpleasant like previous experiences buying a new car. It felt more of service than a sale. Ernesto and his team was by far the most polite, respect and professional in the business. A class act and a reputation that speaks volumes. Easy website booking for an oil change appointment. Online discount coupon applied. Excellent Lyft one way shuttle home. Over four hours total wait due to high volume of customers. Recommendation had good info.

Hello, customer service is great as far as staff (Olaf and all the hard-working people behind the scenes like our guys that do the oil change) However, the department needs to work better on time management and hire more people. My appt was at 9 am and I was there for 5 hours. It's no one's fault but the management above that gives orders to the hard-working people I like to come to this location because it's close to home and never had to wait this long until 8/24 from 9 am to 2:30p close to 3 pm. Olaf, the manager was apologetic and understanding and did everything he could to get my car sooner, but it's out of his control when there are other cars ahead of mine that need to be completed. The only reason I give a 5 star is to the hard underpaid working staff that you have overall as far as the department that manages the dealer I rate them a ZERO and plan to go somewhere else where I don't have to wait 5 hours.

Took my 2024 tacoma with 4100 miles in for its second dashboard light and melted plastic next to the shift lever. I was told I was responsible for the charges because according to them coffee caused the issue. I asked to speak to the service manager and waited over and hour but he never showed up. There is no way room temperature coffee would have caused that damage. Ive owned several new cars and this has never happened. You guys just lost a costumer.
